Health is built through consistency

Rebuilding Health Without Taking U Turns

We are always moved by stories that are built slowly, honestly, and without shortcuts.

Sarah’s journey is not about reinvention overnight.

It is about resilience, lived experience, and choosing again and again to come back to what matters.

Sarah is a holistic personal trainer who believes that true health goes far beyond exercise plans and nutrition sheets.

While she supports clients with movement and food when that is what they want, her deeper work is about the full picture of wellbeing.

Hydration, Sleep, Rest.

Stress reduction.

Hormone balance.

The foundations that are often overlooked in a culture chasing quick fixes.

For Sarah, health is not one thing.

It is the relationship between all things.

And when people only focus on part of the picture, they often end up stuck in cycles of trying, failing, and giving up.

Her work is an invitation to step out of that loop and into something sustainable.

When Health Is Lived, Not Marketed

Health and fitness were never a trend for Sarah.

They were her life.

From a young age, sport was where she felt most alive.

As a teenager, she trained daily in judo, competing on weekends and even helping coach older groups by the age of thirteen.

She pursued formal education in sports and leisure, long before personal training pathways were widely available.

Then life intervened.

She entered an abusive relationship, became a mother, survived, escaped, and rebuilt.

Her children became her world.

She stepped away from sport, worked as a carer, and poured herself into caring for others.

Although she loved that work deeply, a quiet knowing remained.

She was not fully living what was in her.

Training in sports massage and other therapies reignited something inside her.

Wellness courses, reiki, laughter yoga, and movement work slowly brought her back to herself.

But it was a health scare around 2019 that became a turning point.

A heart attack scare, combined with significant weight gain, forced her to pause and listen.

She chose change.

Slowly, Honestly.

Through food, walking, cycling, and eventually the gym, she lost six stone and reclaimed her health.

That commitment led her back to education, signing up for a degree in sports coaching and personal training.

Even when life demanded more from her again, divorce, financial pressure, full time work as a bus driver, she did not abandon the path.

It simply paused.

Choosing Again, Without Turning Back

In 2024, a serious knee injury forced her to stop.

Weight returned.

Frustration followed.

But this time, something was different.

Instead of turning away from herself, she made a decision.

No more u turns.

She completed her personal training qualification.

She returned to the gym.

She began training others.

Alongside driving a bus, building her business, working in a gym, and being an active grandparent to three grandchildren, she chose to keep going.

Not perfectly But consistently.

Her joy is simple and powerful.

Helping people feel better in their bodies.

Supporting them to understand that health is not punishment or pressure.

It is care.

Building While Life Is Full

Sarah is honest about the challenges she faces now.

Building a client base.

Growing a brand.

Learning how to show up online in a world that constantly changes.

Social media, advertising, administration, it all takes time away from what she actually wants to do.

Train people.

Support people.

Help them become healthier, stronger versions of themselves.

She names age not as an excuse, but as a reality.

Learning new systems can feel overwhelming.

Yet she shows up anyway.

Learning, Trying, Adapting.

Because the work matters.

What carries her forward is not hype or ambition.

It is devotion to the life she has fought to build.

Staying the Course

At Reignelle, Sarah’s story reminds us that true health is not about perfection or speed.

It is about commitment.

About choosing again even when life is heavy.

About refusing to abandon yourself, no matter how many times you are asked to pause.

Her work stands as a reminder that sustainable health is lived, not sold.

And that choosing yourself, again and again, is the most powerful training of all.
