Ancient Healing for Modern Burnout

Ancient Wisdom for the Modern Mother

Jessica is an Ayurvedic Women’s Health Practitioner based on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, supporting women to restore their vitality after birth and well beyond it.

Her work is rooted in Ayurveda, the ancient system of healing that honors rhythm, nourishment and deep restoration.

She works with mothers who have quietly placed themselves last.

Women who are depleted.

Hormonal.

Running on empty.

Trying to hold everything together.

Through Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, personalized nutrition, herbs, yoga, and traditional bodywork like abhyanga, Jessica helps women feel radiant again, not just functioning but truly nourished.

Her mission is simple:

To bring ancient wisdom into the modern world in a way that feels accessible, practical and achievable especially for busy mothers who don’t have time for complicated wellness trends.

Because when a mother thrives, her whole family benefits.

Building While Mothering

Eighteen months into business, Jessica’s journey has been anything but effortless.

There have been long days of cooking therapeutic meals.

Back-to-back abhyanga treatments.

Teaching yoga.

Hosting workshops.

Growing community.

Doing whatever it takes to support both her clients and her own young family.

The physical and emotional toll has been real.

Self-doubt has crept in more than once.

Burnout has hovered close behind.

One of her biggest challenges came when she invested over $6,000 into building a meal train website, only to be let down by her developers.

It was a blow not just financially but emotionally.

It shook her confidence.

But it also sharpened her discernment.

She learned about technology.

About boundaries.

About where to place trust and money.

About resilience in business.

And most importantly, she learned she could navigate setbacks without walking away from her vision.

Expanding Without Burning Out

As a mother of two young boys, Jessica carries a dual responsibility: providing for her family while reinvesting into the growth of her business.

Service-based work often means time equals money.

And time is limited.

She is currently developing two product lines, with dreams of investing more into marketing and expansion but doing so in a way that doesn’t cost her wellbeing.

The challenge she continually navigates is growth without exhaustion.

Expansion without depletion.

Underneath it all, she recognizes that fear of failure and unconscious money stories have shaped parts of her journey.

So she’s doing that work, too.

Rewriting her beliefs around earning.

Building a healthier relationship with confidence.

Learning that being well-supported financially allows her to support more women.

Because her work isn’t just about healing bodies.

It’s about restoring worth starting with her own.

At Reignelle, we celebrate women like Jessica who are blending motherhood, ancient wisdom, and entrepreneurship, proving that vitality isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
