Alignment Before Achievement
Taylor Ely is a Certified Life and Relationship Coach based in Nashville, Tennessee, devoted to helping women come back into alignment: spiritually, emotionally, and energetically.
Her work sits at the intersection of mindset, feminine embodiment, and spiritual practice.
She supports women in identifying blind spots, recognizing where they may be over-operating in masculine energy and healing the deeper patterns that keep them striving, overgiving, or disconnected from divine support.
Because success without alignment feels empty.
Through subconscious work, clarity mapping, and embodied action, Taylor guides women to trust themselves fully, to become grounded action-takers who attract not just goals but the relationships and lives that truly reflect their worth.
Her mission is simple yet profound:
To see women anchored in self-trust.
Rooted in self-worth.
Thriving in their feminine.
Not chasing but receiving.
The Pause That Changed Everything
Taylor launched her business in October 2021 after spending more than three years as a career coach.
While she loved helping clients with strategy and goals, she knew she was meant to support women on a deeper level.
She became certified as a Life Coach, expanding her tools to help women clear subconscious blocks, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
But her path wasn’t linear.
After a series of health and career setbacks, she paused her business, telling herself she would return to it at the “right time.”
She believed that time might come once she was married.
She was in a long-term relationship that seemed to be heading there.
Until her intuition spoke louder.
She realized she had been postponing her calling and settling in a relationship that wasn’t aligned.
Restarting her business required courage.
It meant choosing herself.
Trusting her inner voice.
And building from truth rather than timing.
Building from Embodiment, Not Hustle
As a high-achieving woman: an Enneagram 3, Taylor knows the pull of hustle culture well.
Achievement comes naturally to her.
But her work asks something deeper.
She is constantly checking in with herself:
Am I building from alignment or from urgency?
From trust or from pressure?
From embodiment or from ego?
Because energy matters.
Clients feel the place you move from.
So her growth isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about leading softer.
Trusting more.
Allowing support.
And creating success that feels as good as it looks.
