Empowering Neurodivergent Women to Live with Intention and Clarity

Empowering Neurodivergent Women

Victoria Cumberbatch is a holistic coach and facilitator, blending somatic practices, shadow work, and strategic tools to help neurodivergent women especially those with ADHD, reclaim their lives.

What sets Victoria apart is her lived experience as a late-diagnosed, neurodivergent woman.

She doesn’t just teach theories; she shares what she’s learned on her own journey of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment.

Victoria’s story is a testament to the power of listening to one’s inner calling, trusting the process, and finding freedom from the overwhelming pressures that society places on neurodivergent individuals.

Awakening to Purpose

Victoria’s journey to becoming a coach was not a straight path.

For years, she worked in community management, excelling in her zone of excellence but feeling unfulfilled.

She knew something was missing.

That’s when she participated in a transformational leadership program that sparked a major epiphany, she realized she had been working in the wrong field all along.

Inspired by the encouragement of others who saw her potential as a coach, Victoria dove into the world of coaching, despite never having considered it before.

She won a lottery for a coaching program, took it as a sign, and embarked on a journey that led her to get certified, credentialed, and begin coaching paid clients.

Along the way, Victoria began to notice a pattern most of her clients were late-diagnosed women with ADHD, just like herself.

She saw that the coaching industry often overlooked this specific demographic, so she dedicated herself to filling this gap.

Coaching from Lived Experience

Victoria doesn’t just coach from theory—she coaches from lived experience.

Having faced her own challenges as a late-diagnosed, neurodivergent woman, she brings deep empathy, insight, and a clear understanding of the struggles her clients experience.

She is uniquely equipped to help women with ADHD navigate the complexities of their minds, gain clarity on their patterns, and, most importantly, break free from the tension that often keeps them stuck.

Her approach combines somatic techniques, shadow work, and structure to meet the whole person.

Victoria’s work isn’t just about managing ADHD symptoms; it’s about helping her clients reclaim their power, uncover their true potential, and start living with intention.

Through her coaching, Victoria creates an environment where clients feel deeply safe, supported, and empowered to step into their genius.

Balancing ADHD with Business

Victoria’s greatest challenge in her business has been confronting her own ADHD.

It’s not always easy to stay consistent with marketing, creating a singular focus, or choosing between different paths.

The tension of “should I go this way or that way?” is a constant companion, and it often leads to procrastination.

For Victoria, finding a balance between receiving more training and actually applying what she’s learned has been an ongoing struggle.

Yet, despite these challenges, she’s learned that business is a journey, not a perfect science.

She’s confronted old mental radio stations that no longer serve her—such as the belief that she’s not “enough” or that she doesn’t have the right training, resources, or energy to succeed.

This mindset shift has been critical in her growth as a coach, helping her step into her true power and share her knowledge with others, even amidst uncertainty.

Reclaiming Motivation

One of the most impactful stories from Victoria’s coaching practice involves a client who was struggling with motivation.

This client felt stuck, unsure about dating, career choices, and her ability to make more money.

Through their work together, they uncovered deep-seated stories that were holding her back and developed a clear vision for the next 12 months.

The client was tentative at first, filled with emotion, but Victoria’s supportive, structured approach helped her gain momentum.

In just a few weeks, the client found herself in a relationship, pursuing her degree to become a veterinarian, and even taking on a second job.

She’s remained on track, and three years later, she’s still progressing toward her goals.

This success story is a testament to the deep, transformative work that Victoria offers helping women break free from the blocks that keep them stagnant and guiding them toward a more empowered and intentional life.

Living with intention, embracing our unique paths, and finding our true power—this is the journey we’re all on.
