Healing at the Root, Not the Surface

From Overfunctioning to Unshakable

Anxiety doesn’t just live in the mind—it shows up in the body, the breath, the relationships, the way we show up (or hide) in the world.

That truth is what ignited the work of Sara, founder of Tapping with Sara, a somatic practitioner who helps high-functioning, anxious women finally find the peace their nervous systems have been searching for.

Sara’s work was born not from theory, but from lived experience.

Years ago, she was the one stuck in the pattern: the overthinking, the constant “doing” to prove her worth, the gripping anxiety that masked itself as productivity.

She moved through anxious attachment, overwhelming relationships, and the exhausting loop of playing small to avoid the sting of rejection.

But something in her refused to stay stuck.

She found her way back to herself—not through force, but through presence.

Through tapping.

Through learning to speak the language of her body.

And once she did, she knew this work wasn’t just for her.

It was a calling.

When the Nervous System Says “No More”

Before launching her own practice, Sara worked inside a functional medicine office watching women chase diagnoses for symptoms that were often rooted in one thing: a dysregulated nervous system.

The cycles of anxiety and overwhelm weren’t just mental.

They were somatic.

Embodied.

Stuck in fight or flight, freeze, or fawn.

She had been there too.

And healing that root-level dysregulation cracked her open to a deeper truth: real healing comes from the body up.

That truth has guided every session since.

Today, Sara leads women through deep somatic work, helping them break lifelong patterns of anxious attachment and chronic overfunctioning so they can reclaim their energy, deepen their relationships, and finally show up fully—for themselves.

She Chose Power Over Performance

Starting her own business wasn’t about becoming a brand. It was about becoming herself.

But it wasn’t easy.

At first, every social media post triggered a trauma response.

Her body braced for judgment.

She’d spiral after sharing something vulnerable.

Her nervous system whispered, “It’s safer to stay small.”

But she kept coming back to her tools.

Tapping..

Breathwork..

Regulation..

She used the same healing work she gives her clients to peel back the fear of visibility.

To stop hiding..

To trust her voice..

And with each post, each offer, each share—her capacity grew.

Now? She says the things people don’t want to say out loud.

And they land because they’re true.

The Quiet Courage to Let Go

At the time of this recording, Sara is in the middle of her own chapter of courageous release: walking through a divorce.

She’s honest about it, it’s painful.

It’s draining.

But it’s also honest.

She came to the painful realization that some relationships can’t be regulated.

And pretending they can be only costs you your aliveness.

Choosing to leave was a powerful act of self-regulation.

Of self-trust.

Of truth-telling.

Because she knows now when you’re no longer bracing your nervous system just to stay, you get to start living again.

What She’s Building Now

Sara isn’t here for quick fixes.

She’s here for nervous system healing that lasts.

She’s leading workshops, courses, and intimate group spaces for women who are finally ready to stop managing their anxiety and start healing it at the root.

Her clients aren’t broken.

They’re brave.

And now, they have tools.

She helps them come back to their bodies, create spaciousness in their nervous system, and trust themselves again in life, in love, and in leadership.

“Healing Isn’t Loud, But It Changes Everything”

At Reignelle, we believe the most powerful women are the ones who choose wholeness over hustle.

Who stop performing and start healing.

Sara embodies that.

Her story is a reminder that real change doesn’t always roar.

Sometimes, it taps.

It breathes.

It quietly chooses a new pattern.

And from that place, anything becomes possible.
