Too Much, Not Enough, Just Right
What if everything you’ve ever been told is “too much” is actually your gift? For Courtney, that question turned into a movement.
From Overthinking Everything to Owning It All
Some people walk into a room and blend in.
Courtney walks in, and stories start pouring out.
It’s a gift—one she’s carried for years, whether she was managing a salon, working in ministry, or simply out for drinks with a friend.
People just open up to her.
And after hearing version after version of the same pain—“I feel like I don’t belong,” “I’m tired of pretending to be okay,” “Why can’t I find real friends?”—she stopped asking why they felt that way and started building a space to do something about it.
That’s how Spritz Girl Mindset was born: a community, a coaching space, and a podcast built for women in their 20s and 30s who are spiraling with purpose.
The kind of women who send unhinged voice notes, overthink what they said at brunch, and are tired of being the therapist friend without ever getting poured into.
Creating the Space She Needed First
Courtney didn’t launch this brand to “fix” anyone.
She launched it because she saw how much pressure women were under to be fun but not too loud, chill but always available, strong but never messy.
She was tired of that impossible standard.
Tired of watching women shrink just to fit in.
The truth? She was one of them.
And the hardest part wasn’t the marketing or the launch—it was realizing that to help other women show up as themselves, she had to do it first.
No filters.
No waiting to be more polished or less scared.
Just messy, honest, brave beginnings.
And it’s working. In her group programs and coaching calls, she’s watching women go from “I don’t think I’m interesting enough” to leading conversations, cracking jokes, crying in the best way, and finally feeling seen.
The Work is Real and So is the Rest
Courtney’s honest about where she’s at.
She’s building her audience from the ground up.
She’s showing up online while also learning how to show up for herself. She’s felt burnout, doubted her voice, and questioned whether she could truly step into the “main character” role after years of playing the support.
But here’s what sets her apart: she’s not afraid to be in the process.
She shares the behind-the-scenes of healing, boundary-setting, and building a life that feels like hers.
She makes space for fun, for connection, for rest and she reminds her clients (and herself) that being a good friend doesn’t mean being on all the time.
Her favorite kind of friendship?
The kind where you don’t have to edit who you are.
Spiral With Purpose, Connect With Heart
At Reignelle, we believe your story is your superpower.
And Courtney Reeves is living proof of that.
She took all the things she was once told to tone down—her energy, her depth, her feel-everything heart and built a coaching experience around them.
She didn’t wait to be “ready.” She showed up with what she had: honesty, heart, and a deep knowing that women are craving spaces where they don’t have to perform.
She’s not building a brand to go viral, she’s building a movement to go deep.
And we’re here for it.
