Listening Deeper, Not Pushing Harder

Thriving Through the Shift

There are moments in a woman’s life when her body begins to whisper before it ever learns to speak clearly.

For Charlotte, those whispers showed up as bloating she could not explain, a tiredness that washed over her without warning, and a growing feeling that her body was shifting in ways she couldn’t quite understand.

What she didn’t know then was that her story would become the very roadmap other women needed, a reminder that perimenopause does not have to be a season of confusion.

It can be a return to power, a coming home to the body, and a full rewriting of what thriving actually looks like.

A Path Built From Rock Bottom

Charlotte’s story began long before she started her business.

Years of IBS symptoms followed her through adulthood, symptoms she didn’t realise were largely tied to stress.

Then everything changed. A sudden gut infection left her seriously ill and in the hospital for five days, and even with her nursing and nutrition background, she felt lost about how to truly heal.

That moment became the turning point. Instead of staying overwhelmed, she took ownership of her recovery and enrolled in an advanced gut health program in London.

What she learned through her healing became the foundation of the work she does today.

Listening Deeper, Not Pushing Harder

In building her business, Charlotte discovered that the women she most wanted to help were also the ones drowning silently in exhaustion.

They were not unmotivated, they were overstretched. They were not uninformed, they were overwhelmed.

Women holding families together.

Women leading teams.

Women navigating ageing parents.

Women blaming themselves for symptoms they never caused.

Early in her career, Charlotte thought her job was simply to teach.

She later realised her real role was to listen deeply.

Once she understood the emotional weight these women carried, she shifted her entire method.

No more rigid protocols.

No more restrictive diets. Instead, she built a gentler, perimenopause-specific approach grounded in microhabits and real life.

It was challenging to rebuild her business from the inside out, but it made her work more powerful than ever.

Cutting Through the Noise

Today Charlotte’s biggest challenge is guiding women through a world filled with misinformation.

Most of the women who come to her have tried everything, from extreme diets to generic supplement plans that were never designed for their hormonal reality.

By the time they reach her, they feel confused, defeated, and convinced that their symptoms are their fault.

Her mission now is to break those beliefs and show them the truth. Their bodies are not the problem.

The advice they were given was.

Charlotte pours her energy into creating clear, disruptive content and building programs that meet women where they are.

She is committed to giving women small but powerful wins so they can finally feel hope again.

Expanding Beyond Her Own Capacity

What holds Charlotte back right now is not passion, not skill, and not demand. It is capacity.

She is the type of woman who has always taken care of everything, both at home and in business.

But running a business with that mindset creates a ceiling she can no longer ignore.

She knows her next level will require support, delegation, systems, and space to focus on her real genius, which is helping women transform their health.

And acknowledging that truth is not weakness.

It is growth.

Returning to the Body with Compassion

Charlotte’s story is a reminder that healing does not happen through pressure.

It happens through presence.

Women do not need to push more or try harder.

They need support that honours both their physiology and their lived reality.

Healing begins when a woman stops blaming herself and starts understanding her body with compassion and clarity.

At Reignelle, we share stories like Charlotte’s because they light the way for women who are tired of feeling misunderstood and ready to feel whole again.
