Moving With Purpose, Building With Care
Tia has always loved movement.
Group fitness, shared energy, the feeling of strength building not just in the body, but in confidence and clarity.
But she noticed something missing.
Traditional studio classes often ended the same way they began, with people arriving, moving for fifty minutes, and leaving without ever truly connecting.
She wanted something different.
Movement that felt social.
Fun.
Rooted in community.
So she created it.
Creating Space Beyond the Mat
Through her Pilates business, Tia helps women reconnect with their bodies while building mental and physical strength in intentional ways.
Her classes are inclusive and welcoming, designed for women navigating stress, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel better in their bodies without intimidation.
But her work doesn’t stop at movement.
By pairing Pilates with events and activities afterward, she creates space for real connection.
Women don’t just leave stronger, they leave feeling seen, supported, and part of something.
She also shares her routines online, offering Pilates freely through social media to make movement more accessible and inspiring, whether someone is planning their own class or working out at home.
Taking Yourself Seriously First
One of the hardest parts of building her business wasn’t teaching.
It was believing.
Pilates began as something she loved, something she shared because it brought joy.
But as opportunities grew, she faced an uncomfortable truth: she had to take herself seriously before anyone else would.
That meant shifting from passion to protection.
Setting boundaries.
Charging appropriately.
Saying no to misaligned opportunities.
Trusting her vision even when results weren’t immediate.
It required unlearning the idea that love alone sustains a business and stepping fully into confidence as both a creator and a business owner.
Growing Without Losing the Heart
Now, her challenge is balance.
As her community grows, so does demand.
More classes.
More events.
More content.
And she remains deeply hands-on in every part of the business, from teaching to planning to community-building.
Her focus isn’t just expansion.
It’s preservation.
She wants to scale thoughtfully, without losing the fun, quality, and connection that make her work special.
Time and bandwidth are her biggest constraints.
Doing everything herself means constantly choosing between growth and rest.
Burnout lingers when boundaries soften.
She knows the next level requires support, systems, and learning to let go, even when being hands-on feels natural.
That surrender is still in progress.
Strength That Carries Beyond the Studio
Tia’s work is about more than Pilates.
It’s about helping women move with purpose, trust their bodies, and carry that confidence into everyday life.
She is building something intentionally.
Carefully.
With community at the center.
And that kind of growth doesn’t rush.
Movement Is a Form of Leadership
At Reignelle, we honor women who build businesses that feel like belonging.
The ones who choose depth over scale.
The ones who grow with care.
Tia’s story reminds us that strength isn’t just physical, it’s the courage to lead with intention while learning when to rest.
