When Healing Starts in the Body

Stronger Than the Storm

We love sharing stories of women who rebuild their lives by reconnecting with their bodies women who discover strength not through perfection, but through presence, movement, and truth.

Today, we’re sharing the story of Amelia, a Health and Wellness Coach who transformed her own burnout and heartbreak into a practice of deep care for others.

When Confidence Breaks, Strength Begins

Before she ever became a coach, Amelia had spent twenty years working out, developing a strong relationship with movement, and learning how her body carried her through stress and change.

But when burnout as a teacher collided with one of the hardest breakups of her life, that strength felt distant.

Confidence slipped.

Mental health wavered.

The world felt unsteady.

What remained the one thing she could still trust was fitness.

Movement became her anchor, a way to feel capable again when everything else was changing.

Through lifting, breathing, sweating, and resting, she began to rebuild the parts of herself that heartbreak had shaken loose.

Slowly, she found emotional grounding through physical presence.

And as she did, she noticed something important: so many women around her were quietly suffering the same way.

They looked successful, composed, resilient yet underneath, they were exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying more than they knew how to name.

That realization sparked something deeper in her.

She knew she didn’t want to keep her transformation to herself.

She wanted to turn it into guidance.

A Safe Space to Be Real

Today, Amelia brings together her background as a teacher, her training in health and wellness coaching, and her own lived experience to support clients through fitness planning, simple nourishing meals, healthier habits, emotional healing, and stress management.

She works with the whole person not just their goals.

Her approach is grounded, realistic, relatable.

She isn’t coaching from theory.

She’s coaching from the truth of what she has lived: strength comes from showing up for yourself even when life feels heavy.

But like every woman stepping into a new purpose, her story includes a challenge.

Starting her business has meant learning how to build a website, navigate business structures, manage legal and logistical requirements, and understand the moving parts that no one prepares you for.

It has been overwhelming, not because she lacks passion, but because passion alone isn’t what makes a business run.

The hardest part right now isn’t skill.

It’s confidence.

Amelia is expanding her comfort zone, learning to show up more boldly, and finding her voice online and in person.

She is refining her messaging.

She is improving her content.

She is learning to articulate what she does with conviction.

And she is doing all of that while staying committed to her own emotional wellbeing.

Healing Through Movement

At Reignelle, we believe that wellness isn’t just about the body it’s about alignment, self-trust, and choosing yourself every day.

Amelia’s story is a beautiful reminder that strength doesn’t come from avoiding pain, but from walking through it and choosing to rebuild.

She teaches women that fitness is not a punishment it is a language of care.

She teaches them that healing doesn’t require speed it requires presence.

And she teaches them that confidence isn’t something you wait to feel it’s something you practice into existence.
