After starting her business from zero, she experienced a painful professional betrayal that forced her to rebuild everything including her own belief in herself.
That season reshaped how she coaches today.
She doesn’t believe in perfection.

Seeing women leave her sessions proud, strong, and energized is what fuels her.
Watching their confidence return reminds her why she started.
From Local Impact to Global Vision
One of Jasmine’s biggest early challenges was fear.
Fear that people wouldn’t understand her vision.
Fear that they wouldn’t take her seriously.
Fear that her work wouldn’t be valued.
But as her community grew and women began transforming, physically and mentally, she saw the impact firsthand. That’s when the doubt started to fade.
Now, her focus is expansion.
She wants to take Foxy Wellness beyond Georgia and reach women all over the world.
She knows her method works and she’s ready to scale.
Currently, the main obstacle is logistical, navigating international payment and banking systems so she can properly serve a global audience.
But to Jasmine, it’s just a temporary hurdle.
Her vision is bigger than geography.
And she’s committed to making it happen.
