When Food Becomes Empowerment
Anastasia, a Clinical Nutritionist, Life Coach, and Private Chef based in Sydney, Australia.
Anastasia helps people build sustainable eating habits that truly support their health and long-term wellbeing.
From weight loss and gut restoration to skin health, diabetes management and symptom support her focus isn’t just on outcomes, it’s on education.
Most of her clients want to understand how food actually impacts their bodies.
And that’s where she shines.
She teaches people how to make informed decisions, understand their own biology and create a lifestyle that works in real life, not just on paper.
She’s currently developing a free 30-Day Metabolic Challenge app to bring the powerful results she’s seeing with clients to a broader audience.
A Healing Story That Changed Everything
Anastasia’s journey began long before her qualifications.
As a child, she struggled with seasonal eczema on her hands: painful, visible flare-ups that affected her confidence.
But the defining moment came at 15, when her mother was diagnosed with liver disease and given just two years to live.
Instead of accepting that outcome, her family turned to nutritional and lifestyle changes.
And something remarkable happened.
Her mother recovered.
Her liver disease reversed.
The prognosis shifted.
That experience opened Anastasia’s eyes to the body’s incredible ability to renew and heal when given the right conditions.
After spending 10 years working as a chef in New Zealand, she eventually followed her passion into nutrition, combining her culinary background with clinical science to help others reclaim their health.
Slowing Down in a Quick-Fix World
One of Anastasia’s biggest challenges is helping clients slow down.
Many come to her asking for strict meal plans or fast results.
But through experience, she’s learned that rigid plans often fail.
They don’t account for holidays, family gatherings, work schedules, or life’s unpredictability.
The clients who experience the most profound, lasting results are the ones willing to learn.
To understand their bodies.
To build awareness.
To move at a sustainable pace.
Right now, Anastasia’s focus is scaling her business and automating certain systems so she can serve more people without sacrificing quality.
It’s a work in progress and it requires patience but she’s committed to building something long-term and impactful.
At Reignelle, we celebrate women like Anastasia who transform personal healing into professional purpose and who remind us that real wellness isn’t rushed, it’s rebuilt with intention.
