Moving Beyond “Bounce Back” Culture
Haseenah is a wellness and fitness coach for women, and the founder of ATHLEIER H MOVEMENT.
Her work starts with a shift many women don’t even realize they need:
You don’t have to “bounce back.”
Because for so long, that’s been the expectation.
After pregnancy.
After burnout.
After any season that changes your body.
The pressure to return.
To shrink.
To get back to who you were before.
But Haseenah challenges that idea completely.
Instead of pushing women to go backwards, she helps them move forward.
Through a body-led approach.
One that considers the nervous system.
Hormonal health.
Gut health.
Energy.
Because the body isn’t something to control.
It’s something to work with.
And when women begin to rebuild from that place…
Strength becomes sustainable.
Consistency feels natural.
And the relationship with the body begins to shift.
From pressure…
To trust.
Rebuilding the Relationship with the Body
This work is deeply personal for Haseenah.
It came from her own experience of feeling disconnected from her body especially after having children.
She saw firsthand how “bounce back” culture affected women.
The comparison.
The pressure.
The quiet feeling of never quite doing enough.
And it didn’t feel empowering.
It felt misaligned.
So she started looking deeper.
Into how the body actually works.
How the nervous system responds to stress.
How hormones, gut health, and lifestyle all connect.
And from that exploration, ATHLEIER H MOVEMENT was created.
A space where women could rebuild properly.
Without pressure.
Without extremes.
Without quick fixes.
Just a grounded, sustainable way of becoming strong again.
Physically and mentally.
Learning to Hold Boundaries as a Coach
One of the most challenging parts of Haseenah’s journey has been learning the balance between support and structure.
Especially in the beginning.
When her care for clients meant giving a lot of herself.
Time.
Energy.
Attention.
Often without clear boundaries.
Because when you genuinely want to help, it’s easy to overgive.
But over time, she realized something important.
Support alone isn’t enough.
There has to be commitment on both sides.
Because real results don’t come from effort on just one end.
And that realization changed how she shows up.
It helped her step more fully into her role.
To set boundaries.
To create a structure that supports both her and her clients.
Because sustainable coaching requires sustainability on both sides.
Evolving Into Something Bigger
Right now, Haseenah is in a transition.
Moving from a more informal, relationship-based model…
Into a structured, scalable business.
And that shift comes with its own challenges.
It requires clearer systems.
Stronger positioning.
And a deeper level of intention behind who she works with.
Because growth isn’t just about reaching more people.
It’s about working with the right people.
Women who are ready.
Ready to commit.
Ready to show up for themselves.
Ready to meet the work at the level it deserves.
And that means letting go of the idea of helping everyone.
In order to create deeper impact for those who are truly aligned.
Valuing the Work You Do
If there’s one thing Haseenah has had to work through, it’s this:
Not undercharging.
Not over-giving.
Because when you care deeply about your work, it’s easy to blur those lines.
To give more than what’s being received.
To lower your standards to meet others where they are.
But that doesn’t serve anyone.
Not the coach.
Not the client.
So this season of growth is about something different.
Holding standards.
Valuing her work.
Trusting that the right women will meet her there.
Because when both sides are fully invested…
That’s where real transformation happens.
Coming Back to Alignment
At its core, Haseenah’s work is about alignment.
Not forcing.
Not rushing.
Not chasing unrealistic expectations.
But creating something that actually fits your life.
Your body.
Your reality.
Because when women stop trying to become who they were before…
And start building who they are now…
Everything shifts.
There’s more ease.
More energy.
More confidence.
And a deeper connection to themselves.
Because the goal was never to “bounce back.”
It was to move forward: stronger, wiser, and more aligned than before.
At Reignelle, we’re reminded that true strength isn’t about returning to who you were, it’s about rebuilding in a way that honors who you are now.
