Lauren knows what it’s like to live disconnected—numb, overwhelmed, and trapped inside the headspace of survival.
Growing up in a restrictive environment and carrying years of unhealed trauma, she understands the ache of feeling foreign in your own body.
So many women and mothers she works with wrestle with this same dissonance: a nervous system constantly stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, driving exhaustion and emotional overwhelm.
