Glow Up From the Inside Out
Although I haven’t had the chance to meet Erica yet, her story still managed to light something up in me.
There’s a special kind of energy that comes from women who’ve rebuilt themselves who’ve chosen to rise, not just once, but over and over again.
That’s Erica.
After recovering from an eating disorder and surviving an abusive marriage, Erica didn’t just walk away from her past—she alchemized it.
She took her healing and turned it into a mission to help women, especially new moms, reconnect with their bodies and minds in a nourishing, empowering, holistic way.
Her business, Embodied with Erica, is not a brand—it’s a brave, gentle revolution.
It’s where women come to rewrite the stories they’ve told themselves in front of mirrors for too long.
It’s where they begin again.
More Than Just Wellness, It’s Wholeness
Erica’s not your average health coach.
She’s your mirror, your guide, your cheerleader in yoga pants.
Her work dives deep into body image, mindset, emotional healing, and clean living but always with a focus on coming home to yourself.
She knows it’s not just about kale and steps and gym routines. It’s about the way you speak to yourself.
The way you fuel yourself with love, not punishment.
The way you show up for your dreams, even if your hands are full of motherhood and your time feels stretched.
Her approach is holistic, yes but also human.
Because she’s living it.
Full-time job.
Ten-month-old baby.
Just married.
Building her dream business while juggling everything else.
And still, she shows up.
Building While Becoming
The biggest hurdle right now? Visibility and sales.
And maybe that lingering whisper of imposter syndrome—the one that tells you you’re annoying, too much, not enough.
The one so many of us know too well.
But here’s what I know about Erica, she’s 99% of the way to being unstoppable.
That last 1%? It’s on its way, and she knows it.
Because what she’s offering works.
One of her clients said it best: after 21 days of guided self-work, she finally saw herself clearly for the first time.
That’s not surface-level transformation, that’s a soul shift.
She’s been through the fire and came out glowing.
And that glow? It’s contagious.
Freedom Over Fear, Always
Erica’s not doing this just for business success, she’s building a life she loves.
A life of freedom, alignment, purpose, and motherhood on her terms.
She wants to be a full-time coach, a top 1% Arbonne leader, a cycling instructor, and a present mama—all while changing lives.
If there’s one thing she regrets, it’s not starting sooner.
But maybe that’s the beauty of her journey: that even in the waiting, she was always becoming.
What she’s creating matters.
And if her story reminds you of your own in some way, I hope it reminds you that you’re never too far from your breakthrough.
You’re never too late to begin again.
Let the Healing Be Loud & Joyful
Erica is showing us what it means to rise, heal, and take up space in your own life.
Whether she knows it or not, she’s already impacting people far beyond her client list.
And this?
This is just her beginning.
