How One Neurodivergent Coach Is Redefining Thriving
It often starts with something quiet, an inner nudge that says, this isn’t all there is.
For Kirsty Crouch, that nudge became a calling.
Living with undiagnosed ADHD for years, she pushed through overwhelm, masked her struggles, and kept up with life the way she thought she “should.”
But inside, something wasn’t right. She didn’t just want to function — she wanted to feel free.
So she made a shift.
What followed wasn’t just a career change.
It was a reclamation of her identity, her energy, and her purpose.
At Reignelle, we’re honored to share Kirsty’s story — a story of awakening, advocacy, and helping others own the power in their neurodivergence.
When the Labels Don’t Fit, You Create New Language
Before launching Real and Raw Wellbeing, Kirsty had spent years trying to mold herself into someone else’s version of “normal.”
But when she finally received her ADHD diagnosis, it felt like a light switched on.
The behaviors that once brought shame suddenly made sense.
The sensitivity.
The hyperfocus.
The emotional waves.
The exhaustion.
And instead of pushing them away, she decided to work with them and help others do the same.
She trained in mindfulness, chakra balancing, and holistic coaching.
She began supporting fellow neurodivergent individuals who were silently struggling, especially those navigating rejection sensitivity, identity confusion, and burnout.
Her work is rooted in the radical belief that ADHD is not a flaw — it’s a framework. One that requires care, compassion, and custom-built strategies to thrive.
This Isn’t About Masking. It’s About Mastery
Kirsty doesn’t teach her clients how to hide.
She teaches them how to understand their minds and honor their nervous systems.
Through coaching, energy work, and mindfulness tools, she helps people uncover the root of their patterns — not just the surface symptoms.
It’s emotional regulation, identity integration, and energetic clearing.
In one memorable session, a client experiencing overwhelm and disconnection found clarity through chakra balancing. “I finally feel like I’m allowed to take care of myself,” they said.
That’s the shift Kirsty lives for.
The Dual Life of a Dreamer
But healing others while building a business hasn’t been easy.
Kirsty still works full-time.
She’s also learning to manage content creation, self-care, money mindset, and neurodivergent energy levels — all while running a practice from the ground up.
Behind the scenes, she’s not just building strategy. She’s healing beliefs.
The ones that say she’s “too much” or that success must come with sacrifice.
She’s rewriting the rules.
And slowly, they’re bending in her favor.
You Were Never Meant to Stay in the Box
Kirsty’s journey is proof that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
There is your way.
Messy. Brilliant. Whole.
At Reignelle, we celebrate women like Kirsty who break free from the boxes and build new blueprints — not just for themselves, but for everyone who comes after them.
She isn’t just creating a business.
She’s creating permission to rest, to regulate, to rise.
And the ripple is just beginning.
