TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Reignelle (“Reignelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, engaging with our Services, submitting any content, or participating in any of our features—whether as a client, expert, guest, or visitor—you (“you,” “Client,” “User,” or “Guest”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use our Site or Services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
1A. CONSENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER FOR GUESTS AND FEATURED EXPERTS
By participating in any feature, listing, or appearance on Reignelle’s platforms—including but not limited to podcasts, written interviews, videos, audio recordings, articles, or expert directories—you (“Guest,” “Expert,” or “Participant”) expressly grant Reignelle the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, publish, display, distribute, and repurpose your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, business details, and submitted materials in any media format now or in the future.
You acknowledge that:

You have voluntarily agreed to be featured;

You have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions prior to participation;

You waive any and all rights to claim damages, compensation, removal, or legal action for how your content, likeness, or name is presented, provided it is not false, maliciously defamatory, or illegal;

You may request removal of content, which Reignelle will consider in good faith, but such a request does not establish any right to damages, legal remedies, or compensation;

Your agreement to participate constitutes a full waiver of any claims, liabilities, or legal actions against Reignelle, its team, affiliates, or partners related to publication, promotion, or usage of your appearance, content, or listing.
This clause applies indefinitely to all features past, present, or future unless explicitly revoked in writing with mutual agreement.
2. DEFINITION OF LEADS
For the purposes of these Terms, “Leads” shall mean prospective individuals, businesses, or entities who, based on Reignelle’s assessment, may possess potential relevance or alignment with the Client’s business offering. Leads are not guaranteed to be qualified, interested, or responsive, nor are they guaranteed to result in commercial transactions or client conversions.
Reignelle’s Services shall be deemed fully rendered upon delivery of Lead information, regardless of outcome.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Reignelle provides Services that include the sourcing and curation of contact data and/or business information (“Lead Data”) of prospective clients based on Reignelle’s internal criteria and relevance assessment. The scope and volume of the Lead Data provided are determined exclusively by Reignelle and may include, but are not limited to, names, email addresses, business categories, locations, or other publicly or commercially accessible information deemed relevant.
Reignelle exercises full discretion in determining:

The specific data fields to be shared

The methodology used to compile or qualify such data

The criteria for relevance and business alignment
Reignelle makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the interest, intent, purchasing capability, or responsiveness of any Lead.
Reignelle does not and shall not facilitate appointment setting, meeting scheduling, follow-up communications, or conversion of Leads on behalf of the Client.
4. REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY
4.1 Break Free Accelerator Program
Reignelle offers a seven (7) calendar day refund window for the Break Free Accelerator Program only.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued.
No refund requests shall be entertained beyond this period under any circumstances.
4.2 Elevation 12 Program
Reignelle offers a fourteen (14) calendar day money-back guarantee for the Elevation 12 Program, counted from the date of the Client’s first purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the Client must have completed the required steps of the program and submitted a written refund request within this fourteen (14) day period.
Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible under any circumstances.
4.3 Monthly Lead-Based Services
For any and all monthly or custom lead-based Services, Reignelle does not provide refunds under any condition once Services have commenced and/or Lead Data has been delivered. No partial refunds or credits shall be issued for dissatisfaction with the quality, volume, or responsiveness of Leads.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Reignelle shall not be held liable for any commercial, financial, reputational, or operational impact resulting from the use or non-use of Lead Data.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 No Liability for Lead Outcomes
Reignelle bears no responsibility for the behavior, decisions, or commercial outcomes of any Lead after Lead Data has been delivered. Reignelle expressly disclaims any obligation to guarantee Lead engagement, responsiveness, or conversion into paying customers.
Reignelle is also not liable for any disputes, misconduct, misrepresentation, or dissatisfaction involving any third party introduced via Reignelle, including experts featured or listed on our platform. All parties engage with each other at their own risk.
5.2 Exclusion of Warranties
All Services and materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
5.3 Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reignelle, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable to the Client for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Services provided.
5.4 No Liability from Featured Content or Third-Party Listings
Reignelle is not liable for any claims arising from your appearance or listing on the platform. By agreeing to be featured or listed, you waive all rights to sue, demand compensation, or pursue legal action against Reignelle or its affiliates for the use, display, editing, or promotion of your name, likeness, or content. We make no guarantees regarding exposure, lead generation, reputation impact, or business results related to such features.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client assumes full responsibility for the use, handling, and compliance of the Lead Data in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international data protection laws and regulations, including, where applicable, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Indonesia.
The Client shall not:

Resell, share, or distribute Lead Data in a manner that violates any laws or third-party rights

Hold Reignelle liable for any results, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of Lead Data
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to design, text, logos, graphics, and proprietary software or databases, is the exclusive property of Reignelle or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No portion of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Reignelle collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Site or engaging with the Services, you consent to such data collection and processing.
Reignelle reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reignelle and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Indonesia.
ll disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), with judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Indonesia.
Class actions are expressly waived; disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
11. TERMINATION
Reignelle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct that Reignelle deems harmful to its business, reputation, or users.
12. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reignelle.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Failure by Reignelle to enforce any part of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

Headings: Section headings are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
