Kat Talley’s business, Energy Flow 777, was born from her own deep healing journey—one where traditional methods simply weren’t enough.

As a trauma survivor, single mother, and former business development professional, Kat realized there was a major gap in healing resources that bridged science with soul.

That realization sparked her mission: to help others feel safe in their bodies again, especially during life’s messy transitions.

Her work focuses on mind-body rewiring holistic practices that regulate the nervous system, reprogram the subconscious, and reconnect people to their inner power.

Through modalities like somatic work, breathwork, and hypnotherapy, Kat helps her clients break free from loops of burnout, emotional overwhelm, and self-sabotage.

From Trauma to Transformation

Kat didn’t just learn this work, she lived it.

While healing from a trauma-bonded relationship and navigating single motherhood, she launched her business and began holding space for others even as she rebuilt her own life.

Her first clients came during this raw chapter, and one in particular stood out: a woman trapped in self-abandonment who not only left a toxic relationship but went on to launch her own aligned business.

Stories like that remind Kat why she shows up, even on the hardest days.

Though visibility, sustainable income, and energetic capacity remain challenges, she continues forward anchored by her purpose and passion.

Her ideal future includes creative and financial freedom, spacious mornings with her children and 3–4 hour workdays guiding deep transformation.
