Reclaiming Power After Endometriosis

Healing from Within

For many women with endometriosis, the journey is one of silent suffering, dismissed by doctors, and battling an endless cycle of pain.

Sam Halliwell was that woman. Having struggled with the emotional, physical, and energetic toll of endometriosis, and ultimately undergoing a hysterectomy in her 30s, Sam found herself in a deep unraveling.

But rather than giving up, she chose to rebuild.

Today, Sam is the founder of The Embodied Alchemy Method™, a trauma-aware, emotionally-rooted, and spiritually guided approach to healing.

Through her coaching practice, Sam helps women break free from the cycle of pain, reclaim their joy, and reconnect with their bodies in a deep, holistic way.

This work was born from her own struggles and now, it’s her life’s purpose.

Turning Struggle Into Strength

Sam’s path to becoming a holistic coach wasn’t linear.

After the birth of her second daughter, Sam experienced postnatal depression and intense self-doubt.

Then came her hysterectomy, an emotional and physical challenge that left her questioning if she could ever truly support other women in their healing.

The fear of not being “healed enough” almost stopped her from pursuing this work.

But in the midst of her pain and vulnerability, Sam realized that her experience wasn’t a disqualification—it was her greatest strength.

Her ability to meet women in their pain, with empathy and authenticity, became the foundation for her practice.

She could now walk beside them, deeply understanding what they were going through, offering the guidance and support that only someone who has truly “lived it” can provide.

A Trauma-Informed Approach to Healing

Sam’s signature approach, The Embodied Alchemy Method™, is designed for women with endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain who are tired of the “band-aid fixes” that never seem to address the root causes of their pain.

For these women, Sam provides a safe space to explore the emotional, energetic, and subconscious dimensions of healing.

Rather than just treating symptoms, Sam helps her clients reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems.

Her method focuses on releasing the emotional patterns that keep women stuck in cycles of pain, so they can experience true, lasting healing.

Through this process, women don’t just heal their bodies—they reclaim their power, joy, and sense of wholeness.

Sam recalls a powerful moment with a client who had come to her feeling utterly defeated—chronic pain, doctor dismissals, and the hopelessness that often accompanies infertility.

After working together, this client not only found relief from her pain but also rediscovered how to trust her body again.

A year later, she sent Sam a photo of her positive pregnancy test.

For Sam, this moment was the reminder she needed of why she does this work: it’s about healing, hope, and transformation.

Balancing Business, Family, and Self-Care

Running a coaching practice while balancing the responsibilities of motherhood and a part-time job is no small feat.

Sam admits that her bandwidth is limited, and sometimes she struggles with the fear of not having “enough” time to fully grow her business.

But despite these challenges, Sam has found a rhythm—she uses breathwork, grounding techniques, and embodiment practices to self-regulate and create space for herself in the midst of it all.

“I’ve learned to slow down when I want to speed up,” she says. “Hustle is no longer my currency.”

This has been a critical part of her healing process, as she’s learned that taking care of herself first allows her to show up more fully for her clients and her family.

Sam also faces the fear of being seen at scale, worrying about judgment or misinterpretation of her work.

But despite these fears, she continues to show up, knowing that the very thing she feared disqualified her—her vulnerability, is what actually makes her work so impactful.

A Journey of Empowerment After Endometriosis

Sam’s story is a testament to resilience, transformation, and the deep power of reclaiming your body and your life.

Her journey from silent suffering to deep, embodied healing has not only changed her life—it’s now helping countless other women break free from the pain and limitations of endometriosis.

At Reignelle, we believe in empowering women to heal from the inside out, embracing the pain and struggles that have shaped them, and turning those experiences into the fuel for transformation.
