On top of that, Kerstin, as an entrepreneur based in Santiago, faced the added challenge of building her business in a competitive, global marketplace.
It’s a tricky balance — understanding cultural nuances, communicating her message in a way that resonates, and building trust with her audience.
But over time, she learned to simplify her message, adapt her language, and show up consistently, even when it felt uncomfortable.
Today, she’s proud to serve women from around the world, empowering them to step into their power and align with their true purpose.
Finding Freedom in Her Work
After stepping away from the traditional workforce, Kerstin found freedom in designing a business that allowed her to work on her own terms.
For her, it was no longer about working long hours in a job that didn’t align with her passion.
It was about doing work she loved, helping others in meaningful ways, and maintaining control over her time.
Kerstin’s ideal lifestyle is one where she works just 15 hours per week while still making five figures per month.
However, she admits that her current reality isn’t exactly where she wants it to be as she sometimes finds herself focusing on projects that yield quicker income, which require her to work more than she would prefer.
But Kerstin knows that by remaining patient and committed to her business, she’ll eventually create the balance and freedom she desires.
Embracing the Journey
Kerstin’s only regret is not having started her coaching business earlier.
She spent many years working in conventional jobs, “9 to 5,” following the societal norm, before realizing that she wasn’t living a life aligned with her true purpose.
She recognizes that her time spent in other roles wasn’t wasted, but it wasn’t the path she was truly meant to follow.
Now, with KV Coaching, Kerstin is deeply committed to helping women create lives that are rich with purpose and fulfillment.
And while the journey has been challenging, it’s also been one of profound growth, both personally and professionally.
