#1 – This is a sample of the Breakdown post

What started as a wedding choreography business transformed after loss led Shama to discover her true purpose..

When Shama’s mother passed away, therapy helped her heal and awaken a new version of herself. As her wedding business collapsed during the pandemic, she reinvented herself with Syrenity Coaching, helping women build confidence and live authentically.

It was through coaching that Shama uncovered her ADHD, reframing her journey and fueling her passion to support neurodivergent women.

Now, she helps them stop masking, reclaim their confidence, and get things done on their terms.

Confidence Coaching with Heart and Hustle

Shama’s approach to confidence coaching for women is raw, real, and results-driven. She’s worked with over 150 clients—many of whom came to her feeling scattered, stuck, and disconnected from themselves.

Whether they stay for a month or three years, the outcome is the same: clarity, progress, and real emotional freedom.

But it hasn’t been easy. The hardest part for Shama? Showing up consistently on social media.

She finds it overwhelming and often battles imposter syndrome when comparing her posts to others.

“Some days I’ve got so much to say. Other days, I feel invisible,” she admits.

Still, she shows up anyway with honesty, heart, and humor.

Unmasking. Saying No. Choosing Herself.

For years, Shama was the go-to person, the one who said yes to everything.

But unmasking ADHD meant confronting her lifelong pattern of people-pleasing.

Now that she’s saying no, not everyone approves. Some people have drifted away. It hurt at first, but now? She’s okay with it.

“I’ve been selfish for once,” she shares. “I’ve focused on myself, my well-being, and building back my belief system. And that’s where my strength is coming from.”

Building a Life Aligned With Truth

Shama didn’t choose entrepreneurship, it chose her.

As a mum, the traditional 9–5 never worked. Flexible roles were hard to find.

So she created her own path—a business rooted in empowerment and mental well-being, especially for women navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, or emotional burnout.

Her long-term dream? To be financially secure, present for her children, and running a thriving coaching practice that feels like home.

“The only thing standing in my way is my husband,” she says honestly. “But I’m learning to stand on my own two feet.”

Through every challenge—grief, diagnosis, self-doubt—Shama has turned pain into purpose. And she’s using her voice to help others do the same.
