Bringing Creativity and Ease to Yoga Sequencing

The Passion Behind Creative Yoga Sequencing

For Tara Munro, yoga isn’t just a practice—it’s a passion she’s dedicated her life to for over two decades.

With 20 years of teaching experience under her belt, Tara has always loved helping others find their flow on the mat.

But two years ago, she discovered something that would forever change how yoga teachers approach their classes: the PB&J Sequencing Method.

This simple yet effective approach has helped countless yoga teachers create engaging, thoughtful, and creative class sequences with ease.

“I saw how my students in teacher training were struggling to sequence their classes, and I wanted to make that process easier for them,” Tara shares.

“The PB&J Method is all about making the process fun, intuitive, and accessible.”

The method takes the guesswork out of sequencing, offering a simple structure that anyone can follow without sacrificing creativity or flow.

It’s no surprise that yoga teachers have been responding positively, incorporating Tara’s method into their teaching and feeling more confident with their own sequences.

Being a One-Woman Show

Building something as unique as the PB&J Method comes with its own set of challenges.

Tara has always been a dedicated teacher, but creating content, marketing, and building a brand as a one-woman show has taken its toll.

“Time has always been the biggest challenge,” she admits.

“I’m the teacher, content creator, marketer, and everything else in between.”

Despite these struggles, Tara remains driven by her love for yoga and her desire to help other teachers find their own creative flow.

“I see the difference this method makes for teachers. They’re confident, their classes are more engaging, and their students are responding with so much energy,” she explains.

But she also admits the process can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to juggle everything on your own.

With the challenge of building an audience and generating leads, Tara is focusing on staying patient.

“It takes time. You can’t rush the process,” she says.

The key for her?

Focusing on the fun and creativity of teaching.

When she leans into the joy of what she does, the results follow.

Keeping Creativity Flowing

Tara knows that staying connected to her creativity is essential for both her personal growth and the success of her business.

She maintains a strong yoga practice and uses journaling and reflection as tools to stay grounded.

This combination helps her stay centered amidst the chaos of running a business, especially now that she’s balancing a full-time job outside of yoga.

“I keep reminding myself to focus on the things that keep me excited,” she says.

“If I let go of the pressure to do everything perfectly, I can just enjoy the journey.”

For Tara, the creative process behind the PB&J Method is something she nurtures daily.

Whether it’s refining a sequence or testing new ideas with her students, she stays committed to making yoga accessible and engaging for everyone, one sequence at a time.

Building a Legacy of Creativity and Ease

Tara’s journey is a testament to the power of patience, consistency, and creativity.

She’s not just building a method; she’s building a community of yoga teachers who can teach with confidence, creativity, and ease.

Her dedication to making yoga accessible to teachers and students alike is paving the way for a new era in yoga instruction.

As she continues to refine the PB&J Method and expand her reach, Tara remains focused on her core mission: making yoga sequencing fun, simple, and effective.

“I believe that when teachers feel confident in their sequencing, they can teach with more creativity and joy, and that’s exactly what I want to help them achieve.”

At Reignelle, we’re excited to see how Tara’s PB&J Method will continue to transform the yoga community, making it easier for teachers everywhere to find their flow and bring their creative energy to the mat.
