Rose knows firsthand how life’s chaos can pull us off center.

As a mother and business owner, she’s navigated personal challenges, including parenting an out-of-control teenager, while birthing a brand-new healing business in July 2023.

Balancing responsibilities and carving time for growth hasn’t been easy.

But Rose’s commitment to her path keeps her grounded—through breath, spiritual practice, and unwavering belief in her divine purpose.

She’s also working through the challenges of growing an audience and staying consistent amidst life’s many demands.
