Working with What Lives Beneath the Surface
Kiki Grace is a somatic and psychedelic coach based in South Surrey, British Columbia, supporting individuals in healing the deeper layers of trauma, anxiety and depression held within the nervous system.
Her work goes beyond conversation.
It focuses on what the body remembers.
Through somatic practices and, where appropriate, psychedelic-supported work, Kiki helps clients gently access and release patterns that traditional approaches often don’t reach.
Because for her, healing isn’t just mental.
It’s physiological.
It’s emotional.
And it requires working with the body, not against it.
The Guide She Once Needed
Kiki’s work is deeply personal.
Her own healing journey led her to both somatic practices and psychedelic experiences, each playing a powerful role in her transformation.
But finding them, and learning how to integrate them safely and effectively, took time.
Time she often wished she could have shortened.
There wasn’t a clear path.
No guide to walk her through it.
And that realization stayed with her.
So she became what she once needed.
A steady, informed presence for others navigating similar terrain.
Helping them move through their healing with more clarity, support, and intention.
Building Within Limitations
One of the most unique challenges Kiki has faced is navigating the limitations around her work.
Because psychedelic work exists in a complex legal and social landscape, she hasn’t been able to market her services in traditional ways.
This has required her to think differently.
To build visibility through creativity, connection, and trust rather than conventional channels.
It’s a slower process.
But one that has shaped how she connects with her clients, intentionally and authentically.
Calling in the Right People
At this stage, Kiki’s focus is on being more widely known for the work she does.
Not just reaching more people, but reaching the right people.
Those who are ready for this kind of deep, body-based healing.
Those who are seeking guidance that goes beyond surface-level solutions.
Because alignment matters.
For both the client and the work itself.
Balancing Healing and Real Life
Like many women building meaningful work, Kiki is balancing multiple roles.
Alongside her business, she is also a full-time stepmother to three teenage girls.
Time and energy are constant considerations.
And building something that requires presence, depth, and care while also showing up fully at home is an ongoing balance.
One that asks for flexibility, intention, and self-awareness.
At Reignelle, we continue to share the stories of women who are creating new pathways for healing, turning personal journeys into purposeful work, and reminding us that sometimes the most powerful guidance comes from those who have walked the path themselves.
