Lauren is a licensed trauma therapist and shadow work coach helping women of color turn pain into power. Through self-reflection, radical self-care, and deep spiritual work, she guides them to heal, grow, and rise—one layer at a time.

Rock Bottom Became Her Rebirth

Lauren’s path wasn’t linear. She left an abusive relationship, became a single mom, moved back home, and started over from scratch.

Balancing full-time work and parenting, she still showed up for herself and others.

When she was nearly attacked while working at a jail, it was a wake-up call.

She realized: survival isn’t enough..

She was meant to thrive and help others do the same.

Healing Others, While Healing Herself

Despite financial pressure and time constraints, Lauren poured her energy into her purpose.

She supported one client through a traumatic custody battle, witnessing the power of emotional resilience in action.

She’s danced through grief, rebuilt her life, and learned the hard way about business credit but never stopped investing in herself.

With a money coach now by her side, she’s on a mission to pay off debt and build a legacy for her daughter.

Even with limited hours, Lauren lives in alignment by:

• Living with her parents to save for a home
