The Spark of Self-Discovery
We’re drawn to stories that radiate truth, vulnerability, and unapologetic power especially when they come wrapped in something many of us are taught to fear: difference.
That’s exactly what we found in Tessa Drysdale.
A clinical ADHD services provider in Australia, Tessa’s story doesn’t begin with credentials or career milestones. It begins in a quieter, more personal space the moment she realized her lifelong struggles had a name: ADHD.
Like many women, Tessa was diagnosed late in life.
For years, she carried a heavy backpack filled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and a fear of being “too much” or “not enough.”
But that diagnosis wasn’t the end of something, it was the activation of everything she was always meant to become.
From Isolation to Empowerment
“I spent so long believing my chaos was a character flaw,” she tells us.
“But the truth? It was just unrecognized brilliance, misunderstood by systems not built for minds like mine.”
That moment of self-acceptance ignited something bigger.
It wasn’t just about understanding herself anymore, it became a mission to build community, visibility, and healing spaces for other late-diagnosed women with ADHD.
Enter: Neurodiverse Empowerment — her bold, heart-centered project that began as a small spark and has grown into a full ADHD Hub with members who feel seen for the first time in their lives.
This isn’t your typical clinical space.
Tessa’s approach blends practical ADHD strategies with deep emotional validation.
She doesn’t just help women manage their ADHD, she helps them own it.
Creating the Space She Needed
Tessa’s greatest gift? She took the risk to do what so many women with ADHD are afraid to do: be fully seen.
“Every single woman who joins our hub is taking a leap of faith. They’re trusting not just me, but themselves,” she says. “And I don’t take that lightly.”
Through her free Facebook group and her ADHD Membership Hub, Tessa has created a digital sanctuary — a place where women don’t have to mask, explain, or perform.
They just get to be.
From the fear of rejection to the joy of reconnection, every message she shares is a reminder: you’re not broken, you’re brilliantly built, just differently.
This Is What Leadership Looks Like
At Reignelle, we believe real leadership is powered by authenticity.
And Tessa is proof.
Her work isn’t driven by ego or scale — it’s driven by the deep desire to reach the women still sitting in silence, still wondering why life feels harder than it should.
If that’s you, Tessa wants you to know this:
There’s nothing wrong with you. You just haven’t been given the tools or the community — you deserve.
And now? That community is waiting.
Tessa’s waiting. And your story is still being written.
Come As You Are and Stay That Way
You’re not too late. You’re right on time.
Tessa’s journey is a blueprint for what’s possible when we stop hiding, start healing, and surround ourselves with people who get it.
