From Burnout to Balance
Hannah Stockwell-Price turned her struggles with motherhood, neurodivergence, and overwhelm into a mission to help other women heal.
Through HannahSP Coaching, she now empowers mums to reconnect, reset, and rise—using self-compassion, mindfulness, and energy healing rooted in real life.
From Survival Mode to Soul Mission
Hannah’s path didn’t begin in wellness, it began in survival.
A qualified youth worker with over a decade of experience, she constantly pushed through illness, burnout, and exhaustion.
Raising a neurodivergent child in rural Wales, without childcare or community support, left her depleted and questioning the path she was on.
That struggle became a mirror and an invitation to create something new:
A life that supports her family and honors her own needs.
Creating Space for Women to Reconnect
HannahSP Coaching helps women especially overwhelmed mums—slow down, reconnect, and rebuild with self-compassion.
Through mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, journaling, and simple energy practices, Hannah empowers women to find balance without needing to be “perfect” or “put together.”
She’s especially passionate about creating neurodivergent-friendly strategies that help women honor their energy, stay motivated, and feel seen in a world that often overlooks them.

The Challenges That Shaped Her
Building a business while raising a neurodivergent child isn’t easy.
And being neurodivergent herself adds extra layers.
From financial strain, hormonal imbalance, lack of support services, and the weight of perfectionism—Hannah knows what it feels like to be pulled in every direction.
She’s still shaping her offers, still finding her voice, but she’s showing up anyway—because she knows others need what she’s creating.
The Grounding Practices That Keep Her Going
Hannah walks her talk.
Her tools?
-
Self-compassion journaling
-
Gentle yoga and breathwork
-
Mindfulness and meditation
-
Living in tune with her cycle
-
Letting go of perfection and embracing presence
She knows healing isn’t linear and that no one has to “have it all together” to help others heal.
A Vision Built on Purpose, Not Perfection
Hannah dreams of building a sustainable, soul-led business that supports her family and serves the world.
A life where they can move to a warmer, more inclusive place.
Where her son can thrive, her husband can feel fulfilled and she can continue helping women rise—one moment of mindfulness at a time.
She knows now: life is never perfect, but it can be purposeful.
You’re Not Alone, and You Don’t Have to Be Perfect.
Healing doesn’t mean doing more. It means remembering you are already enough.
You don’t need to wait until life looks “right” to begin because your presence, just as it is, is powerful.
Let self-compassion be the start of everything.
