Finding Peace in Parenthood

A Parent’s Path to Peace and Purpose

Shea LeJeune’s journey is a testament to the power of self-awareness, resilience, and living authentically.

From teaching ballet to leading a business that empowers parents, Shea has always followed a calling to make a difference.

Today, as a Mental Health Coach and Author, Shea helps parents break free from stress, shame, and overwhelm to create a peaceful home environment rooted in grace and love.

A Life of Service

For 20 years, Shea lived and breathed ballet.

She taught countless students, managed a children’s museum, and worked as a studio photographer.

She was no stranger to hard work, having juggled multiple roles in service to others.

But in 2021, a pivotal shift occurred.

After completing a course in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and hypnosis,

Shea began to see her work as more than just a teacher; she recognized her calling as a Life Coach.

This wasn’t just a career change, it was a personal transformation.

Shea, a mother of five, decided to focus her coaching practice solely on empowering parents.

She believes that parents are the unsung leaders of our homes, shaping the future of the next generation.

Her mission?

To help parents gain tools to lead their homes with grace, ease, and confidence.

Transforming Parent Anxiety and Overwhelm

Parenting can feel like a constant juggling act, especially when you’re balancing the needs of young children or teens with your own.

Shea understands this firsthand.

In 2024, after years of supporting parents in various capacities, she turned her attention fully to this area, driven by a deep desire to reduce the stress and shame many parents face.

She helps parents break free from the cycle of overwhelm, offering tools and practices to create a harmonious home life.

Through her coaching, Shea addresses the core issues that many parents struggle with: anxiety, stress, and guilt.

Whether it’s finding the balance between personal time and family needs, or learning how to lead with calm and clarity, Shea guides her clients to become the leaders they want to be in their homes.

Overcoming Grief and Finding Grace

Shea’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges. In the midst of building her business, she lost three family members.

Navigating this grief while continuing to show up for her clients and her own family required immense strength.

But it was during this time that Shea learned the power of grace, both in allowing herself space to grieve and in recognizing her own emotional limits.

Her grief journey became a vital part of her story and her business.

Shea emphasizes that we don’t need to be perfect to show up in our roles, whether as parents or coaches.

It’s about learning to be gentle with ourselves and giving ourselves permission to feel.

Transforming Lives Through Coaching

One of the most rewarding aspects of Shea’s work is seeing the transformation in her clients.

One particular client, Samuel, reached out to Shea during a tough divorce.

He was struggling with stress and the emotional toll of his family situation.

After just three months of weekly coaching, Samuel reported a complete turnaround.

Not only did he become more grounded spiritually and emotionally but he also began to connect with his children in ways he hadn’t before.

“I’m playing with my kids like never before,” Samuel shared, noting how his new emotional stability helped him find more joy in his life.

For Shea, this moment was the epitome of her work: helping others heal so they can live happier, more connected lives.

Running a Business with Grace

As a coach and author, Shea leads her business with authenticity and heart.

She’s not interested in the typical “hustle” culture that’s often glorified in the entrepreneurial world.

Instead, Shea advocates for a life of grounded peacefulness and alignment.

She’s on a mission to show her clients that it’s possible to run a successful business while still living from a place of rest, peace, and authenticity.

She often practices what she preaches—taking time for walks, meditating, journaling, and reconnecting with her emotions.

A couple of months ago, she took a 20-hour solo retreat to recenter and recharge.

This time away gave her the space to reflect on her business and personal life, emerging from it with renewed energy and clarity.

Completing a Book and Surrendering to the Wait

Shea’s current adventures are a blend of vulnerability and patience.

She’s in the final stages of completing her book, a project that has taken her four years of emotional and mental energy.

Sharing her story with the world is both exciting and nerve-wracking, but Shea knows that it’s all part of her greater mission of helping others find hope and healing.

At the same time, Shea is learning to embrace the art of waiting.

Her family is in the process of selling their home, and while she’d like things to move faster, she’s learning to surrender to the timing of the universe.

“Living with that reality has been helpful,” Shea says.

It’s a powerful reminder that there’s value in patience, and not everything needs to be rushed.

Leading with Grace and Authenticity

Shea’s story is a beacon of hope for parents and entrepreneurs alike.

It’s a reminder that success doesn’t need to come at the expense of your peace and well-being.

By embracing authenticity, giving ourselves grace, and creating space for growth, we can live meaningful lives both personally and professionally.

At Reignelle, we believe in supporting individuals like Shea who are striving to create authentic, balanced lives.

If you’re a parent or entrepreneur looking for guidance on how to lead with more ease, more grace, and more joy, Shea’s story is the inspiration you need to get started.
