Finding Strength Through Vulnerability

Healing Through Grief

Grief has a way of turning life upside down, challenging our ability to heal others when we ourselves are broken.

For Jenna Morse, it’s been a journey of learning to balance her healing work with the pain of losing loved ones.

But even in the midst of profound loss, Jenna has found a way to continue helping others through her gift for mediumship and reiki.

Her story is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the power of embracing one’s own healing process while supporting others on theirs.

Navigating Life’s Challenges

In the span of just two years, Jenna faced the loss of her grandmother, her father, a pregnancy, and a partner — each loss heavier than the last.

These experiences shook her to the core, leaving her to face an overwhelming grief that at times felt impossible to navigate.

The weight of these emotions brought her to a point of pause in her career.

How could she, someone who dedicated her life to helping others heal, continue to guide others when she herself felt so broken?

But Jenna soon discovered that helping others with their grief through mediumship wasn’t just a way to support them, it became her own healing practice.

It gave her a way to move past the heaviness in her heart and mind, even if only for a moment, and reconnect to her purpose.

The readings provided a sacred space for others to find peace, but they also allowed Jenna to find solace in the process. It was as if healing others helped her to heal herself.

Embracing Somatic Healing: Turning Pain into Power

Jenna has always known that she was meant to help others heal.

Even before stepping into her role as a holistic coach, reiki practitioner, and medium, she felt a deep calling to support sensitive people who were struggling to cope with life’s many challenges.

However, over the past two years, her own challenges made it difficult to stay consistent in her practice.

Grief, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation were things Jenna didn’t know how to manage alongside her work, and the heaviness often made her feel as though she was unable to truly serve others.

Recently, Jenna began to turn inward, seeking therapy and somatic practices to help her process the grief she had been carrying for so long.

Somatic work, paying attention to how the body holds on to grief and trauma has become an essential part of her healing journey.

Every day feels different, and while some days bring satisfaction, others still carry the weight of grief.

Yet, Jenna knows that the path to healing isn’t linear, it’s about accepting the ebbs and flows and continuing to show up for herself.

Learning to Lead with Vulnerability

Jenna’s path hasn’t been easy.

The doubts of “I’m not good enough” and “I can’t help others while I’m struggling” have haunted her for years.

But now, after years of internal struggle, she’s begun to embrace her vulnerability.

Through sharing her story, Jenna is realizing that her grief doesn’t make her less capable of helping others; it makes her more capable.

Her experience with loss has deepened her empathy and connection to the people she serves, allowing her to guide others through their own pain with greater compassion and understanding.

As Jenna continues her journey, she remains committed to one thing: creating the life she’s always wanted, despite the obstacles.

The dream of building a family with her partner may have been shattered, but Jenna holds fast to the belief that she will still create the life she envisions.

It’s a belief that not only sustains her but inspires others who are going through similar struggles.

Sometimes the path to healing is long and difficult, but with each step, Jenna is reclaiming her power, her voice, and her ability to help others heal.
