How It Started
After graduating university in 2020, Sydney said, “Screw it. I’m starting a business.” What began as a bold leap grew into a full-time career.
But her path wasn’t straight.
She first trained as a chef, shifted into nutrition, and then fell in love with personal training.
Add a global pandemic, a major breakup from a 10-year relationship, and self-doubt into the mix—and Sydney still chose to chase the dream. Her success is proof: authenticity and grit win every time.
How It’s Going
Today, Sydney empowers women to become the strongest versions of themselves—inside and out.
She’s helped clients lose 40+ pounds, beat chronic pain, build real confidence, and fall back in love with their bodies and food.
She’s also building more: a podcast, merch, and a bigger platform to help more women—25 more this year, to be exact.
