From People-Pleasing to Personal Power
At Reignelle, we love spotlighting women who don’t just overcome — they unlearn.
Iga Olszak is one of those women.
As “The Unlearning Coach,” she’s not teaching people how to become someone new — she’s guiding them to remember who they were before the world taught them to disconnect.
Iga’s story is one of shedding toxic patterns, reclaiming worth, and learning how to love without losing yourself.
This isn’t about surface-level healing, it’s about the inner revolution that begins when you finally say, “I’m done abandoning myself.”
Unlearning to Love
Before she was a coach, Iga was the client.
She spent years trapped in cycles of guilt, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment — patterns that silently sabotage so many women, especially in relationships.
At one point, she found herself stuck: stuck in a relationship that drained her, stuck in fear of not being enough, stuck in stories that weren’t even hers.
Her turning point? Choosing to unlearn. Iga began questioning everything she’d been taught about love, worth, and success.
She let go of toxic relationship blueprints, broke free from perfectionism, and slowly — courageously — began rewriting the script.
It wasn’t easy. She started her coaching journey in 2017, low on funds, and even lower on self-trust.
Imposter syndrome whispered that she wasn’t unique enough.
That she didn’t have “what it takes.”
But a deeper knowing kept her moving.
Because this wasn’t just a business, it was her way of life.
Her soul’s calling.
Now, through her coaching business I-Journey, Iga helps other “people pleaser avoiders” find their voice in love and life.
Her clients are often stuck in the same loops she once lived — feeling responsible for everyone else’s happiness, afraid to take up space, unsure how to set boundaries without shame.
She supports them in unlearning those internalized patterns and coming home to their truth.
One client came to Iga lost inside a toxic relationship, unsure if freedom was even possible.
Today, she’s an empowered woman, living life as her authentic self.
And that’s the transformation Iga offers — not by fixing people, but by walking beside them as they release what no longer serves.
She’s also navigating the very real challenge of client consistency because even when your work is transformational, business requires visibility and strategy.
But Iga knows the foundation is always inner alignment.
When her vision, mission, and actions are synced, opportunities open.
What keeps her grounded? Mindfulness. Presence.
A fierce refusal to shape herself for others’ comfort.
Iga is living proof that the life you long for lives on the other side of unlearning and you don’t have to walk there alone.
Unlearn to Come Home, You Are Not Too Much
At Reignelle, we know that unlearning can be more powerful than any how-to guide.
Iga reminds us that freedom doesn’t come from forcing transformation — it comes from gently releasing the stories, fears, and patterns that no longer belong to us.
Her coaching is an invitation to live truthfully, to love deeply, and to never again apologize for who you are.
She’s helping women drop the masks and rewrite their lives with tenderness, courage, and clarity.
Whether you’re stuck in self-doubt, fear of being too much, or craving love that feels safe and real — Iga’s here to walk with you back to yourself!
