The Break Begins Here
At Reignelle, we believe in amplifying women’s stories not just because they’re inspiring but because they’re necessary.
Necessary for other women still in the dark, still doubting, still surviving.
And Stacy Christine’s journey?
It’s one of those stories that doesn’t just echo resilience, it transforms it into a calling.
Before Stacy ever spoke healing into another woman’s life, she had to survive her own storm.
And then rise from it.
From Broken to Braver
Stacy’s story begins not with a brand, but with a choice.
The moment she left a marriage steeped in domestic violence—with her seven-year-old son at her side—and entered a DV shelter was more than just a physical escape.
It was her soul’s first real yes.
In the stillness of survival, she began learning about abuser traits, about inherited trauma, about the painful threads that linked her partner’s behavior to patterns she’d grown up with.
Realizing her mother was also emotionally abusive became a mirror she hadn’t expected but couldn’t ignore.
What followed wasn’t just therapy or reflection. It was five years of deep, radical inner work.
Of unbecoming everything she had to be to survive..
Of choosing healing over hiding.
And of deciding: this ends with me.
Stacy didn’t just heal for herself.
She healed so she could hold space for others.
From Voice to Vessel
In 2021, she launched Heal A Billion—a coaching and hypnosis practice built for women healing from trauma, unworthiness, and low self-esteem.
Her approach is anything but surface-level.
Through workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions, she helps women release the stories that were never theirs to carry.
But not everything in the coaching world felt safe.
In her early days, Stacy found herself surrounded by “mean girl energy” mentors who mirrored the toxicity she’d already walked away from. Instead of lifting her up, they kept her small.
That realization was the final reminder: not everyone has the heart to hold your healing.
So she chose herself..
She bet on her own voice..
And her business?
That’s when it truly began to bloom.
Real Client. Real Healing
One of Stacy’s proudest transformations is a client who came to her struggling with visibility—shy, overwhelmed, and unsure of her voice.
As a dating coach, this woman knew she needed to show up, but fear kept her silent.
Stacy guided her through hypnosis for imposter syndrome, procrastination, and the inner wounds underneath.
The result? That same woman now goes live on TikTok regularly, runs her own retreat, and lives in a high-rise in Atlanta.
Her visibility became a vessel for her confidence and Stacy was the guide who helped her believe it was possible.
The Realest Roadblock? Us
Like many of the women she serves, Stacy still navigates the shadows of old programming—especially around consistency and self-worth.
“Inconsistency is what holds me back,” she says. “I stop working on the thing… and it stops working for me.”
But she’s not afraid to name it. To meet it.
And to move through it.
What drives her is greater than fear: it’s freedom.
Not just financial but emotional. Spiritual. Bodily
She’s building a business not just for income but for impact that lasts.
When You Heal, You Lead
Stacy’s journey reminds us of something we hold close at Reignelle: your healing isn’t just yours. It echoes.
From the shelter to the stage, from DV survivor to certified hypnotist—Stacy shows us what’s possible when a woman refuses to stay small.
When she stops asking for permission.
When she lets healing be louder than shame..
And maybe the most radical thing? She’s not done..
She’s still becoming..
Still praying..
Still listening..
Still walking with God’s timing and her own divine assignment.
Because the goal isn’t just healing, it’s helping others rise too.
