From Survival Mode to Self-Reclamation
Elisaveta didn’t just wake up one day and decide to become a coach, her work was born from survival.
Growing up in a narcissistic family system, she spent years internalizing guilt and shame, believing her worth was tied to others’ approval.
But over time, she realized: survival wasn’t enough. Healing became a necessity.
And the moment she chose her own voice over everyone else’s expectations, her true path began.
“I always thought I had to do the ‘right thing.’ Starting my business meant doing something no one around me approved of until I learned to approve of myself.”
Healing Beyond Mind-Based Therapy
As a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, Elisaveta helps survivors reclaim power, process shame, and embody self-love not just logically, but emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
Her work goes deeper than traditional methods, blending coaching with healing modalities that helped her reclaim her own life.
“People need more than structured talk therapy to fully heal. I help them stop judging themselves, find safety again, and turn emotional scars into inner strength.”
Doubt, Visibility, and the “Struggle Normal”
Despite five years in practice, the road hasn’t been easy.
Elisaveta still navigates imposter syndrome, inconsistent income, and the weight of being misunderstood by critics, strangers, and even her own family.
Her biggest challenge? Letting go of the belief that struggle is her default.
“I used to think I had to do it all alone. Now I remind myself: I’m allowed to ask for help. I’m allowed to thrive.”
Freedom, Self-Trust, and Radical Self-Love
Elisaveta dreams of owning her own home maybe surrounded by forest, maybe in a peaceful city flat.
But more than that, she dreams of ease.
Of clients who are ready..
Of work that sustains, not drains..
And of a life where healing doesn’t mean hiding..
“I don’t want to keep struggling forever. I want abundance, peace, and to help others know they deserve it too.”
