Healing Begins Beneath the Surface

Why Nothing Changes Until the Unconscious Is Seen

Roseanna Croft didn’t set out to become a shadow work coach.

Her work was born from collapse.

From a moment in life where everything she thought defined her success, identity, and future fell away and something deeper began to rise.

Based in Derbyshire in the UK, she is a Shadow Work Coach and Spiritual Guide who supports people in transforming their lives by bringing unconscious conditioning into conscious awareness.

Her work explores the invisible patterns that shape how we relate to money, health, relationships and self-worth.

Also, why so many people find themselves repeating the same cycles, no matter how hard they try to change.

She doesn’t help people “fix” themselves.

She helps them remember who they were before the conditioning took hold.

Because when the unconscious becomes conscious, freedom returns along with creativity, vitality, and the ability to create a life that feels aligned with the soul’s truth, not just survival or expectation.

When Identity Falls Away, Truth Has Space to Emerge

Before this work, her life looked very different.

She was a successful jewellery designer in London, deeply immersed in building a business and an identity shaped by achievement, creativity, and outward success.

Then, at the age of 30, she was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer.

What followed was the most confronting period of her life.

Not only because of the illness but because everything she had built around who she thought she was began to unravel.

Her business.

Her identity.

Her sense of certainty.

In the quiet devastation that followed, she turned inward.

She healed through meditation, deep self-connection, understanding her shadow self, and learning to lean into a relationship with the universe rather than trying to control outcomes through force or fear.

Her healing was profound and in many ways, miraculous.

But more than physical recovery, something else changed.

She woke up.

Healing From the Inside Out

As she reconnected with herself, life began to feel different.

More vitality.

More presence.

More joy.

She found herself healthier, happier, wealthier and more in love with life than ever before.

And she knew this wasn’t something meant to be kept to herself.

As her jewellery business naturally wound down, she made a deeply difficult decision: to let go of everything she had built and retrain as a coach.

There was grief in releasing a former identity.

But there was also trust.

A quiet, persistent whisper of intuition that told her this was the path she was meant to follow.

She listened.

And she hasn’t stopped listening since.

Shadow Work, Energy, and the Return of Power

At the core of her work is the belief that transformation doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from seeing more.

She helps clients become aware of the unconscious patterns that dictate their choices, often formed early in life and reinforced over decades.

Patterns that keep people stuck.

Small.

Disconnected from their power.

Through shadow work, devotional practice and energy work, including connection to divine life force energy (kundalini), she supports people in reclaiming parts of themselves they didn’t even realise they had lost.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering.

As clients reconnect with their essence, something shifts.

They begin to feel “superhuman”, not because they are striving harder but because they are finally aligned with their true nature and creative force.

Building a Business That Reflects the Work

After more than a decade in business and four years devoted to this iteration of her work, she remains deeply committed to authenticity.

Her ongoing challenge isn’t external pressure or doubt.

It’s an internal standard.

A constant self-check to ensure she is offering her work in the most aligned, ethical, and truthful way possible.

For her, the business itself must embody the principles she teaches.

Anything less would be self-betrayal.

The Fear Beneath Every Block

If there’s one truth she sees again and again in her clients, it’s this:

The only thing that ever holds anyone back is fear, not of failure but of what they might have to change in order to become who they say they want to be.

Because growth isn’t comfortable.

Awakening asks something of us.

And yet, on the other side of that fear is freedom.

At Reignelle, we honour women like her, those who allow life to break them open rather than shut them down.

Who trust intuition over certainty.

Who build businesses rooted in truth, depth, and devotion to inner work.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from striving.

It comes from remembering who you were before the world told you who to be..
