Healing Hands, Honest Heart, Hungry Soul

A Calling That Refused to Stay Quiet

Charley never set out to be a healer.

Not officially, at least.

But some callings arrive like whispers — soft, persistent, sacred. She always knew she was meant to hold space for others, to bring them back to themselves when life knocked them off balance.

Based in Nelson, New Zealand, Charley began her journey with one foot in a day job and the other in deep healing work.

It wasn’t sustainable. But it was necessary.

For two years, she juggled the sacred and the practical — guiding clients through energy healing, coaching, and intuitive wellness while clocking in at a workplace that drained her spirit.

Eventually, the misalignment became impossible to ignore. “I was asked to leave,” she says, with the clarity of someone who knows that breakdowns are just breakthroughs in disguise.

Her confidence shaken, but her soul intact, Charley turned inward — and upward.

Ancestral Strength, Divine Guidance

Grief doesn’t cancel your mission, it carves it.

Charley lost her mother four years ago.

A fierce, inspirational woman who had always told her to chase her highest potential. That voice still echoes.

And Charley listens.

She speaks of profound healing sessions,  moments when spirit steps into the room, unannounced but unmistakable.

One client, she recalls, was visited by Mother Mary herself: “Her arm stretched wide, her finger pointing with a star so bright it could guide the lost home.”

This isn’t marketing fluff — it’s a testimony to what happens when you work from heart, not ego.

Charley uses Access Bars, Reiki, a pendulum, and the unwavering guidance of her spiritual team.

But more than any tool, it’s her intention that heals — a presence that says: you are safe, seen, and sacred here.

The Art of Showing Up (and Charging Your Worth)

Still, the healer’s path isn’t without its potholes.

Charley admits that consistency, especially in client flow — is a work in progress.

And like so many soul-led entrepreneurs, pricing has been a tender spot.

“Promoting myself is hard,” she says. “Especially in a financial climate where people are struggling, and I want to help everyone.”

That heart always bigger than the bank account is both her power and her lesson.

But she’s learning..

Trusting..

Building.. And staying grounded through the daily rituals that restore her: nourishing food, meditation, movement, and honest self-care.

Kitchen Magic and Creative Sparks

Charley’s not just a healer, she’s a creator.

Her self-published children’s cookbook Charley Chop Chop and Her Magic Stove is a delightful nod to the healing power of food and imagination.

She admits the marketing came after the magic but that’s Charley through and through: she leads with soul, and the strategy finds its way in later.

From Survival to Soul-Aligned Success

Today, Charley stands at a crossroads.

No more safety nets.

No more hiding behind “part-time.”

Just a full-body yes to the life she’s always envisioned — one where her work is her joy, her finances support her freedom, and her gifts serve not just her clients, but her entire community.

“I feel like I’m close,” she says. “I just need a break. Maybe this podcast is the miracle I’ve been praying for.”

And Charley, if you’re reading this — we think you’re right.
