When Recovery Needs More Than Just Clean Days
Michelle has been clean and sober for 19 years.
But early on, she noticed something that traditional recovery programs often miss—what happens when the physical addiction ends, but the anxiety, exhaustion, gut issues, and emotional disconnection remain?
She didn’t want to just stay sober. She wanted to feel alive.
That journey led her to explore essential oils, gut health, nervous system support, and simple daily rituals.
The more she leaned into natural healing, the more she found herself—calmer, clearer, stronger.
Eventually, she realized: this isn’t just about her.
This could change lives.
So she built Naturally Sober to do exactly that.

Today, Naturally Sober is a space where women in recovery especially mothers can find tools that feel supportive, not overwhelming.
Michelle offers workshops, shares educational content, and coaches women toward balance using what she calls “accessible wellness”—not 50-step routines or expensive protocols, but grounded, gentle practices that fit real life.
The women she serves are often running on empty.
They’ve tried everything.
They don’t want to rely on medication but they also don’t want to suffer.
Michelle meets them right there.
With natural tools. With hope.
With the reminder that their bodies are not broken. They just need support.
The Fear of Being “Too Much” or “Not Enough”
Running a business that’s built from personal healing can feel like walking a tightrope without a net.
For Michelle, the hardest part hasn’t been the logistics—it’s been the vulnerability.
Putting herself out there, sharing her story, charging for her work—it’s all deeply personal.
The fear of judgment, failure, or not being “qualified enough” still shows up. So does the pressure of balancing business, motherhood, and her own recovery.
