Healing Starts at Home
Shakeera Springs, a holistic health practitioner based in Buford and founder of a family-centered wellness brand built on lived experience.
Through her businesses, Shakeera helps people reconnect with their health, confidence and overall wellbeing.
She creates herbal teas, cleansers, feminine care products and educational resources focused on juicing and gut health: all designed to make wellness simple and accessible for everyday families.
Her approach is practical and personal.
After more than 30 years struggling with anemia, inflammation and gut issues, she turned her own healing journey into solutions for others.
As a mother of five, she understands how overwhelming health can feel when you’re juggling family, responsibilities and limited time.
So she breaks wellness down into clear steps, simple routines and natural products families can trust.
Her mission is to help people feel supported, seen and empowered to take control of their health from the inside out.
Building a Legacy Through Healing
Shakeera’s motivation is deeply rooted in both motherhood and purpose.
She recognised that many wellness products on the market were not truly serving families especially Black women and mothers navigating health while managing everyday life.
She wanted to build something that didn’t just look good, but genuinely supported long-term wellbeing.
At the same time, she was balancing life as a mom of five, a full-time doctoral student and an entrepreneur, all while managing her own health challenges.
There were nights spent fulfilling orders after her children were asleep, studying through exhaustion, and building content while still healing from low iron and fatigue.
Scaling her business also meant navigating complex safety, labeling and regulatory requirements without a clear roadmap for small wellness entrepreneurs.
Instead of shrinking back, she self-educated, pursued certifications and deepened her research: a journey that ultimately shaped her doctoral focus on food safety.
What began as personal struggle became professional purpose.
Vision Bigger Than the Budget
Shakeera’s greatest challenge isn’t product quality or community trust, it’s visibility.
The digital landscape has shifted. Organic growth is no longer enough.
Social platforms prioritise paid ads, paid reach and sponsored collaborations, making it difficult for small businesses to scale without significant marketing capital.
She has the content.
She has the value.
She has the proven results.
What she needs is the financial backing to amplify her message: professional campaigns, consistent advertising and support that would allow her to focus on impact rather than trying to do everything alone.
As a mother, educator and founder, her time is stretched. But her vision is clear: expand into new markets, grow the wellness education side of her brand, and reach more families who need accessible, trustworthy health solutions.
At Reignelle, we honour women like Shakeera who build businesses rooted in resilience and legacy, proving that when healing begins at home, it can ripple far beyond it.
