When Healing Becomes a Way Home
We are always listening for the stories that feel less like a business origin story and more like a remembering.
Katrin’s is one of those.
Not polished, Not rushed, Deeply lived.
Her work did not begin as a strategy.
It began as survival, then slowly became devotion.
This is the story of a woman who refused to abandon herself in motherhood, healing, or business, even when the world quietly encouraged her to do exactly that.
The Moment Survival Was No Longer Enough
Before Katrin became an EFT tapping coach and full-spectrum doula, she was a mother doing everything she was told she should do.
She loved her children fiercely, yet lived in a body that felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and constantly bracing.
She questioned herself daily, wondering why motherhood felt so hard when she was trying so deeply to get it right.
She followed advice from the outside.
She silenced her intuition.
She overrode her body.
And slowly, that disconnection turned into grief for the kind of presence, softness, and connection she longed to feel with her children and herself.
What changed everything was not a single breakthrough moment, but the discovery of safety.
Nervous system regulation.
Emotional truth.
The slow unraveling of stored body memories, inner child wounds, and protective parts that had been carrying far more than their share.
Through EFT tapping and somatic healing, Katrin did not become a perfect mother.
She became a present one.
A grounded one.
A woman who felt at home in her body again.
And once she felt that shift, she could not unsee how many women were silently suffering in the same way.
Building Work That Mirrors the Healing It Offers
Katrin’s work was born from a vow to become the person she once needed.
Someone who listens deeply.
Someone who honors lived experience.
Someone who creates safety before solutions.
Her approach weaves EFT tapping, parts work, inner child healing, dreamlike somatic presence, and full-spectrum doula support into containers that are deeply relational and profoundly human.
The women she works with are often exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or carrying unresolved experiences from childhood, pregnancy, birth, or early motherhood.
Many have spent years believing something is wrong with them, when in truth, they were never properly supported.
In Katrin’s presence, healing is not forced.
It is felt.
Women learn to regulate their nervous systems, express needs without guilt, respond rather than react, and trust their bodies again.
This is not about fixing motherhood.
It is about returning to oneself within it.
The Quiet Courage of Staying Visible
Building this work has not been easy.
Katrin’s business is deeply personal, an extension of her nervous system, her story, her truth.
Visibility meant touching old wounds of being unseen, misunderstood, or having to shrink to belong.
Each time she shared her voice, those parts surfaced, asking whether it was safer to remain quiet.
All of this unfolded while raising four children, navigating partnership, living far from her original home, and holding space for others with immense care.
There were moments when her capacity felt stretched thin, when she questioned whether she was too sensitive, too slow, or too different for the online world.
But the real challenge was never strategy.
It was learning how to grow without self-abandonment.
Katrin refused to build success on urgency, pressure, or disconnection.
She chose pacing over pushing.
Integrity over performance.
Presence over visibility for visibility’s sake.
Her business became a living practice of self-trust.
A reflection of the very work she offers.
She does not teach women to honor themselves while overriding her own body.
She embodies the healing she supports others in creating.
Growth That Honors Depth, Not Speed
Today, Katrin’s edge is one many conscious practitioners quietly face.
How do you grow without diluting the depth? How do you reach more women while remaining regulated, resourced, and emotionally available?
Her work does not lend itself to shortcuts or one-size-fits-all solutions.
It asks for time, attunement, and trust.
Scaling in traditional ways risks overextension, especially while actively mothering and holding relational containers.
So Katrin continues to explore new structures that honor nervous-system-led growth, depth over volume, and sustainability over speed.
This is not a block.
It is a sacred refinement.
A commitment to building something that feels as good to live as it does to offer.
Becoming the Woman Who Can Be Seen
When Katrin names what sometimes slows her momentum, she does so with honesty and compassion.
Perfectionism.
Overthinking.
Waiting for things to feel just right before stepping forward.
Not because of fear or lack of devotion, but because she cares deeply about integrity and impact.
And yet, she is learning what so many women are learning alongside her.
That clarity comes through action.
That trust grows through movement.
That becoming is not something to complete before being seen, but something that unfolds because we allow ourselves to be seen.
Her work, her business, and her life are emerging together.
Messy, Sacred, Honest, Alive.
Where Integrity Becomes Inheritance
At Reignelle, we believe the way we build our work becomes the legacy we pass on.
Katrin’s story reminds us that healing is not about fixing ourselves into something new.
It is about returning to who we have always been, and choosing to live from that place, even when it would be easier not to.
