Crystal Nunez is a doula, birthkeeper, and childbirth educator devoted to guiding people back into trust with their bodies, their intuition, and their natural rhythms particularly around pregnancy, birth and healing.
Based in the Sacred Valley of Peru, Crystal is the founder of Sacred WomBirth, a space where modern education meets ancestral remembrance.
Her guidance blends grounded childbirth education, nervous system regulation, plant-based nourishment, and spiritual wisdom: supporting people to feel informed, calm and empowered rather than fearful or overwhelmed.
At the heart of her approach is The Three Matrices™ framework Ancestral, Sacred, and Cosmic which honors the body as intelligent, birth as a rite of passage, and healing as a multidimensional experience.

Answering a Call to Remember
Crystal’s path into birthwork was shaped by a deep knowing that something essential had been lost in how modern culture approaches the body, birth, and healing.
She witnessed how fear, disconnection, and over-medicalization had become normalized often overshadowing the body’s inherent intelligence and capacity.
Through her studies in biology, public health, birthwork, and ancestral traditions alongside lived experience: she came to see that when people are informed and supported emotionally, spiritually and physically, everything changes.
What emerged was a calling she could not ignore.

It offers real tools not dogma: to help people reclaim trust in themselves, make informed decisions and experience pregnancy, birth and healing as something whole, human, and deeply transformative.

One of the most challenging aspects of Crystal’s journey has been navigating visibility in a digital world that moves quickly and often favors constant output over depth.
Her work is slow, embodied, and rooted in presence: qualities that don’t always translate easily to online spaces. Learning how to show up without performing, simplifying or diluting what matters has been an ongoing process.
Alongside this, Crystal continues to navigate expansion and the technical aspects of running a growing business: learning systems, platforms, and tools while staying anchored in integrity and intention.
Rather than rushing, she is choosing to grow in a way that honors the rhythm of the work itself, allowing substance to lead, and trusting that the right people will find their way.
