Michelle’s work is rooted in her own healing.
There was a time when she felt deeply lost, struggling with depression, self-doubt and a sense of disconnection from herself.

Right now, Michelle is navigating a new edge in her business.
She’s been sitting with the idea of launching a course but there’s been resistance.
Part of her doesn’t want to follow trends or move into something that feels disconnected from the depth of her work.
She’s built her business through in-person experiences spaces that feel real, embodied and deeply connected.
At the same time, she knows there’s an opportunity to expand.
