Where Calling Meets Well-Being
Jennifer’s story is a reminder that meaningful work doesn’t start with a job title.
It starts with how you feel.
She built her career on a foundation of helping people return to themselves through clarity, through purpose, through the deeply human need to feel aligned with the work we do every day.
But her journey into career wellness wasn’t linear.
It was born from her own experience of losing balance, stepping back, and choosing to rebuild her life from the inside out.
The Breakdown That Became a Breakthrough
Before her work took her to New Brunswick, Jennifer spent a decade running a career-coaching practice in Toronto.
From 2014 to 2024, she helped people craft résumés that opened doors, prepare for interviews with confidence, set goals that felt grounded, and pursue careers that felt meaningful rather than mechanical.
But in 2017, life asked her to pause.
The stress that she had seen in so many clients began creeping into her own world slowly, then all at once.
And instead of pushing through, she did something far braver: she stepped back.
She chose to work on her mental health, to listen to the signals that her body and spirit had been whispering for far too long.
That pause changed everything.
Yoga and meditation became her companions.
The stillness became her teacher.
What she discovered was not the end of her career coaching but the beginning of something deeper.
She began to understand that meaningful work cannot exist without well-being.
That a career without wellness is simply a job, but a career built on alignment becomes a calling.
She didn’t just heal; she transformed.
She earned her 200-hour yoga teaching certification.
She completed her degree in Career Development.
She wove everything she had studied Social Work, Human Resources, mindfulness, movement, and career clarity into one holistic approach.
An approach rooted in the belief that people deserve work that supports their mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Crafting Careers That Feel Like Home
Today, Jennifer helps people find careers that don’t just fit on paper but fit their lives.
She teaches clients how to manage the stress that naturally exists in any job without letting it take over.
She shows them how to take small, steady steps toward their calling or, when the moment feels right, how to leap.
Her work is not just strategy.
It’s permission.
It’s clarity.
It’s coming home to the kind of career that lets you exhale.
And like many healers and helpers, she builds all of this while navigating her own life.
Living in a smaller community, raising a family, and building new roots in New Brunswick means expanding her practice in new ways.
Instead of waiting for opportunities, she creates them.
She connects through social media, builds online workshops, and opens spaces where people from anywhere can learn to align their work with their well-being.
Because for Jennifer, alignment is not a luxury.
It’s a right.
