Helping Families Reclaim Rest
Magdalena Radziewska is a Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach based in The Hague and the founder of Nurtured Sleepers.
Her work focuses on helping exhausted parents reclaim something many new families feel they’ve permanently lost: restful sleep.
Through personalized coaching, Magdalena guides families using gentle, science-backed sleep methods that do not rely on leaving a child alone to “cry it out.”
Instead, she supports parents through the most difficult nights, offering practical strategies tailored to each child and family dynamic.
For Magdalena, the transformation is about more than sleep schedules.
It’s about helping parents regain their energy, confidence, and emotional balance so they can show up fully for their children.
When families begin sleeping better, everything changes, the home feels calmer, parents feel more capable, and the joy of early parenthood returns.
A Mother’s Journey Into Purpose
Magdalena’s path into sleep coaching began long before she launched her business.
When she first became pregnant with her son six years ago, she was deeply concerned about the reality many new parents face: chronic sleep deprivation.
Determined to prepare herself, she began researching everything she could about infant sleep, reading books, studying blogs, and learning about the biological and hormonal changes that come with postpartum life.
Once she became a mother, she realized that the struggle was far more common than she had imagined.
Friends and other parents naturally began turning to her for guidance, and she started sharing the knowledge she had gathered.
Seeing how much relief and reassurance it brought them sparked something powerful.
What began as helping friends soon became a calling.
By the time she was pregnant with her second son, Magdalena decided to make it official by completing her Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® training.
Since then, hearing parents say they finally have their sleep, energy and sense of life back has become the most meaningful reward of her work.
Balancing Motherhood and Building a Business
The early days of building her business were anything but simple.
Magdalena received her certification only days before giving birth to her second son and her excitement to start helping families pushed her to immediately begin building her website and launching her services.
But reality quickly set in. Managing a newborn, a toddler, her corporate job, and a new business proved overwhelming.
On top of that, she felt pressure to succeed quickly after investing in her training and business setup.
Eventually she realized she needed to pause, step back, and approach the business from a place of passion rather than pressure.
That experience became an important lesson in pacing and balance.
Today, her biggest challenge remains one familiar to many early-stage entrepreneurs: finding clients while managing limited time and resources.
Between family life, work, and entrepreneurship, she often feels stretched thin but her passion for helping parents reclaim their sleep continues to drive her forward, one family at a time.
At Reignelle, we continue to amplify voices of women who transform personal experiences into meaningful work that supports families, communities, and the next generation.
