As a Registered Dietitian, ACSM-certified personal trainer, and run coach, Lisa Nelson combines science-backed expertise with a real-life, flexible approach.

Through Transform Nutrition and Wellness Consulting, she helps active women go from tired and overwhelmed to energized and empowered, whether they’re training for their first marathon or simply trying to feel better in their own skin.

Lisa launched her business in 2024 after years of private consulting left her unchallenged and underutilized.

She realized no one else was going to hand her the fulfillment she was craving, she had to create it.

And that’s exactly what she did!

Who She Helps

Lisa specializes in helping active women ages 35–55 who are tired of the “all or nothing” cycle of health.

Her clients come to her seeking balance, confidence, and a plan they can actually enjoy — not another strict diet.

Whether they want to lose weight, improve strength, train for a race, or repair their relationship with food, Lisa helps them build habits that last.

One of Lisa’s favorite stories is a client who not only lost over 30 pounds but also shifted her mindset entirely.
