Going Beyond What We Can See
Zoe Jack is a holistic kinesiologist and shamanic practitioner.
Her work begins beneath the surface.
Because for many women, life can look fine on the outside.
They’re coping.
Holding it together.
Doing what needs to be done.
But underneath…
There’s overwhelm.
Reactivity.
Exhaustion.
Patterns that don’t seem to shift.
Zoe works in that space.
She helps women uncover what’s really driving how they feel.
Not just through conversation.
But through the body.
Through energy.
Through the subconscious.
Because awareness alone isn’t always enough.
Sometimes, what’s stored needs to be released.
And when that happens, something shifts.
The body softens.
The mind clears.
And women begin to respond to life with choice…
Instead of reaction.
The Moment Everything Changed
Zoe didn’t find this work through strategy.
She lived it.
She was the woman doing everything “right.”
But still feeling overwhelmed.
Triggered.
Disconnected from herself.
She could see the patterns.
But she didn’t know how to change them.
Until she experienced this work for herself.
What she found wasn’t just insight.
It was transformation.
Deep.
Immediate.
Real.
After one pivotal session, something shifted in her body in a way words couldn’t explain.
And in that moment, she knew.
This was the path.
Not because she planned it.
But because she couldn’t ignore it.
Because sometimes, when something changes your life that deeply…
You don’t choose it.
It chooses you.
Owning the Depth of the Work
One of the most challenging parts of Zoe’s journey hasn’t been learning the work.
It’s been learning how to be seen doing it.
Because what she offers isn’t simple.
It doesn’t fit neatly into boxes.
Energy work.
Subconscious patterns.
Emotional release.
These aren’t always easy to explain.
Or easy to market.
There were times she tried to simplify it.
To make it more digestible.
More acceptable.
But every time she did, something felt off.
Disconnected.
Because this work isn’t surface-level.
And the real challenge has been owning that.
Standing fully in the depth of what she does.
Even when it doesn’t fit conventional expectations.
The Balance Between Depth and Visibility
Right now, Zoe’s biggest challenge is consistency in visibility.
Not because she lacks ideas.
But because she cares deeply about what she shares.
She doesn’t want to create noise.
Or repeat what’s already out there.
She wants her words to land.
To create awareness.
To mean something.
And that requires presence.
Energy.
Intention.
Which can be difficult to sustain while also holding space for clients, running a business, and being a mum.
So the challenge isn’t showing up.
It’s balancing depth with consistency.
When Standards Become a Block
The biggest thing Zoe is navigating right now is perfectionism.
The kind that looks like high standards.
Wanting everything to be meaningful.
Impactful.
Different.
And while that comes from a place of care…
It can also slow her down.
Create hesitation.
Lead to overthinking.
Because this work is personal.
It’s vulnerable.
It’s not just sharing tips.
It’s speaking to deeper truths.
And that can feel exposing.
So sometimes, she holds back.
Tweaks.
Waits.
Even though the moments she shares most freely…
Are the ones that resonate the most.
Returning to Wholeness
At the heart of Zoe’s work is a return.
To the body.
To truth.
To the parts of ourselves that have been pushed down or ignored.
Because when those parts are seen and released, something powerful happens.
Women feel whole again.
Connected.
Aligned.
Not just functioning.
But truly living.
Because the answers were never outside.
They were stored within.
Waiting to be understood.
Waiting to be felt.
Waiting to be released.
At Reignelle, we’re reminded that true transformation doesn’t come from doing more.. it comes from going deeper, releasing what no longer serves and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that have always known the way.
