When Safety Stops Feeling Safe
We know that many women are asked to choose safety over truth especially when the world applauds who they appear to be more than who they are becoming.
Today’s story is a reminder that what looks secure on the outside can feel hollow on the inside, and that sometimes the bravest act is stepping toward a life that feels like yours again.
From Law to Life: A New Kind of Knowing
Justine didn’t begin her career anywhere near fertility coaching.
She began in law a field stamped with credibility, structure, and certainty.
A field that gave her a strong sense of identity and external success.
But beneath that structure lived a different story one shaped by a five-year journey through secondary infertility.
That journey revealed something she never expected: the system itself was not designed for the women it was supposed to support.
What she lived through reshaped her from the inside out.
It wasn’t just a personal challenge it became a calling.
The career that once anchored her began to feel too small.
Law had provided safety for a long time, but now it was also a container she had outgrown.
She realized her true work was not in constructing legal cases it was in helping women find their own clarity, agency, and strength on a path that can feel deeply isolating.
Letting Go of the Old Story
Leaving law didn’t mean turning away from her past.
It meant turning toward her truth.
But truth requires courage and the courage she needed was not logistical, it was emotional.
She had to face the belief that told her security was everything.
She had to dismantle old definitions of self worth.
She had to believe she was worthy of more than safety.
Today, Justine works as a Fertility and Life Coach, helping women understand and heal the emotional and internal blocks that shape their fertility journey.
She guides women back into ownership over their bodies, their stories, and their hopes not just as clients, but as whole human beings.
But this new calling came with its own challenges: building visibility, finding clients, forming community, and most importantly, learning to be seen in a way she never had before.
She is sharing her story publicly.
She is allowing herself to be vulnerable.
She is practicing the identity shift in real time no longer the lawyer who was expected to be composed and certain, but the woman who is willing to be human and honest.
Fear, Visibility, and Becoming Herself
Fear hasn’t left her narrative.
It stands at the doorway of every new beginning.
What holds her back is not skill or capacity but the emotional weight of letting go.
The fear of rejection.
The fear of being misunderstood.
The fear of being visible in a story that once felt private.
And yet, she keeps going.
She keeps showing up.
She keeps choosing truth.
Because she knows the alternative silence is its own heartbreak.
She knows that women seeking support are not looking for perfection, but for connection.
And she knows her story, exactly as it is, might be the thing that helps another woman feel less alone.
Justine is building something real, not just for herself, but for the women who come after.
The Courage to Be Seen
At Reignelle, we believe that real transformation doesn’t begin the moment we feel fearless it begins the moment we act anyway.
Justine’s story is a mirror of that truth.
Her work invites women to meet themselves with compassion, to reclaim their voice, and to trust that the path they’re walking is not defined by science alone, but by the emotional landscape underneath it.
Her journey is proof that identity is allowed to evolve and that sometimes the most powerful healing begins with telling the truth out loud.
