From Yoga Mat to Womb Wisdom
Some stories don’t start with a plan, they start with a calling.
For Julia Moehle Delgdo, that calling began with a global backpacking trip and evolved into two decades of sacred feminine work, beginning with yoga and deepening into womb wisdom coaching.
Julia’s work isn’t about quick fixes or mainstream wellness. It’s about returning to our bodies, our cycles, and our ancestral knowledge.
Through practices like fertility massage, yoni egg rituals, meditations, and movement, she invites women to remember the power they already carry — to birth not just babies, but ideas, creative visions, and entirely new ways of living.
Her journey began long before hashtags like #DivineFeminine trended online.
founding a yoga school in 2007 and eventually selling it to explore life and purpose on her own terms, Julia turned inward.
What she discovered was the ancient and often forgotten power of the womb — not just as a biological space, but as a creative, spiritual, emotional center.
The Quiet Revolution of Coming Home to Your Body
Working from her vibrant home in Puerto Morelos, Mexico where “vacation” is a way of life — Julia has supported hundreds of women in finding balance, pleasure, and purpose.
Her clients have conceived naturally after years of trying, reconnected with their sensuality, set long-overdue boundaries, and reclaimed their lives after burnout.
Still, her journey hasn’t been without resistance not from others, but from herself.
Speaking about wombs, feminine pleasure, and healing trauma isn’t exactly the kind of content most people scroll for over coffee.
Julia has had to push through fear of being “too much,” of being misunderstood, or not being ready.
But every time a woman sends her a message saying thank you — I feel seen, it reaffirms what she’s always known deep down: this work is not just necessary, it’s sacred.
And even now, as she steps into a new chapter building her online business, launching a digital offering, and navigating motherhood with three young boys — her oldest still recovering from what she calls a lingering, whooping-style cough — she remains committed to showing up in truth.
“I never had a 9-to-5,” she tells us. “My life has always been wild, independent. And now, I want to build a digital presence that meets the women who are already waiting for this wisdom.”
Creating a World Where Women Lead from Within
What sets Julia apart isn’t just her knowledge, it’s her embodiment.
She’s not preaching from a pedestal; she’s walking the talk barefoot through the jungle, one ritual at a time.
She’s raising boys, holding space, and trusting in slow magic.
She doesn’t promise overnight success or spiritual bypassing.
What she offers instead is the radical idea that our bodies already know the way.
That pleasure is powerful. That feminine leadership doesn’t need to look like burnout. That creating life — in all forms — starts by listening to the quiet pull of your womb.
At Reignelle, we’re deeply inspired by Julia’s work. In a world that constantly pulls women out of their bodies, her voice brings us back.
Her message is clear: healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone — it begins in the body, in sisterhood, in sensual joy, and in the sacred cycles we’ve been taught to forget.
Come Back to Your Body. The World Needs Her
At Reignelle, we believe embodied women change everything.
Julia Delgdo’s work isn’t just about healing — it’s about awakening the feminine power that creates, leads, and liberates.
This is how we birth a new world: through women who remember who they are.
If you’re hearing the call to rise, return, and reclaim your body’s wisdom — you’re not alone.
You’re right on time.
And we’re walking with you.
