Creating a Space for Whole-Woman Healing
Keya, founder of Mana Holistics Spiritual Wellness in Charlotte, North Carolina is a Feminine Wellness Practitioner devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves after seasons of stress, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions.
For more than eight years, her work has focused on supporting women in restoring balance within their mind, body and spirit.
Through her Mana INnergy™ Restoration Method, Keya combines modalities such as quantum energy healing, intuitive guidance, somatic bodywork and nervous system regulation practices.
These sessions are designed to help women release emotional and energetic blocks that often show up as anxiety, exhaustion, physical tension or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Beyond one-on-one healing experiences, she also creates sacred spaces for women through workshops, retreats, community circles and both national and international healing journeys.. places where women can feel seen, supported and safe enough to soften into their own healing.
Turning Personal Healing Into Purpose
Keya’s path into this work is deeply personal.
Growing up in a tumultuous environment, she became familiar with the kinds of struggles many women quietly carry throughout their lives.
After moving through an intense healing journey of her own, she reached a powerful realization: her life’s mission was to help other women find their way back to wholeness.
That calling became the foundation of Mana Holistics.
For Keya, the work is about more than offering healing services, it’s about building a sisterhood.
She believes every woman deserves a place where she can land safely, where her experiences are acknowledged and where she can rediscover both her softness and her strength.
Her mission is to remind women that the peace, confidence and clarity they are searching for already exist within them.
Holding Space for Deep Transformation
One of the most profound challenges in Keya’s journey has been learning that healing does not always arrive gently.
Many of the women she supports come to her carrying years of betrayal, abuse, or emotional pain.
In those moments, trust takes time.
Sometimes the healing process requires confronting anger, resistance, or truths that have long been buried.
Keya often becomes the safe container where those emotions are finally expressed, even when they are difficult or heavy.
Sitting with women through the darkest parts of their stories requires emotional resilience and compassion but she continues to show up because she knows what lies on the other side of that release.
Today, the challenge she navigates is finding balance.
As one person, there are limits to how much she can offer without sacrificing her own wellbeing.
Having experienced burnout herself, she is intentional about protecting her energy.
Her vision moving forward is to create more collective healing spaces, allowing more women to experience transformation while maintaining the balance that sustains her own work.
At Reignelle, we continue to highlight women who transform personal healing into powerful spaces where others can rediscover their voice, their strength, and their sense of belonging.
