Where Nervous System Healing Meets Self-Worth
Sue Venter is a Self-Worth Coach and Registered Nurse devoted to supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse as they rebuild emotional safety, self-trust, and inner calm.
Through Avysera Wellness, Sue supports individuals in gently moving out of hyper-reactive survival mode and into a regulated, grounded, self-led nervous system without retraumatization, without collapsing, and without losing themselves again.
Her approach is informed by both clinical knowledge and lived experience.
Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, Sue offers a steady, compassionate space where the body can begin to feel safe enough to exhale, often for the first time in years.
At the center of Avysera Wellness is a clear intention: helping people feel calm inside their own body and life again, and rebuilding the self-worth that creates lasting safety and freedom.
When Survival Becomes the Teacher
Sue’s path into this space began with her own lived experience.
For sixteen years, she was in a narcissistic marriage marked by isolation, confusion, chronic self-doubt, somatic symptoms, and the constant feeling of walking on eggshells.
Despite being a nurse trained to care for others, she found herself living a reality few people around her truly understood.
There was fog.
There was fear.
There was a deep and ongoing sense of not feeling safe.
And perhaps most painful of all was the loneliness, both during the relationship and after making the courageous decision to leave.
Walking away did not immediately bring peace. Instead, it opened a new chapter of navigating trauma, grief, and healing largely on her own.
Sue knows what it feels like to leave the relationship but still carry its imprint within the nervous system to be physically free, yet internally on guard.
From Hypervigilance to Inner Safety
Sue is on a mission to ensure others do not have to walk this journey alone.
Avysera Wellness supports those who are still in narcissistic relationships, those preparing to leave, and those rebuilding life afterward, offering guidance toward clarity, regulation, and self-trust at a pace that honors the nervous system.
Rather than encouraging confrontation or repeated emotional exposure, the focus is on restoring a sense of internal safety.
Sue understands firsthand how deeply the effects of unsafety can live in the body.
Even after leaving, she continues to navigate physical symptoms tied to prolonged stress and trauma: an experience that brings deep empathy and attunement to those she supports.
Avysera Wellness exists as a space where healing, clarity, and confidence can take root gently without pressure or force.
Building Without a Map
Creating Avysera Wellness has required growth far beyond the healing journey itself.
Coming from a nursing background, Sue was not familiar with technology, online platforms, marketing, or administration.
What followed were many long, frustrating hours spent learning domains, landing pages, social media, and systems often through persistence rather than guidance.
While the technical foundations are now in place, marketing remains the greatest challenge.
Sue knows the people she is here to support.
What continues to feel unclear is how to reach those who need help most individuals who are often isolated, confused, and quietly searching for safety and understanding.
The desire is not to market aggressively, but to connect in a way that feels ethical, trauma-aware, and aligned so that those who need support can recognize they are not alone.
A Space Where Healing Can Breathe
At its core, Avysera Wellness is about restoring internal safety because from safety, everything else becomes possible.
Clarity.
Peace.
Confidence.
Freedom.
This space exists as a grounded presence and a reminder that healing does not have to hurt in order to be real and that moving forward is possible without losing yourself along the way.
At Reignelle, we continue to hold space for women building meaningful, impact-driven paths rooted in lived experience, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping others move from survival into self-led freedom.
