From Burnout to Body Wisdom
After years in a high-pressure hospital system, Jennifer Spitz realized real healing needed a new approach.
She launched Levity PT & Bodyworks to reconnect people to their bodies and now, she’s on a mission to teach others how to do the same at home.
When the System Stopped Healing, She Walked
After 8 years at Mass General, Jennifer saw the limits of “sick care” firsthand.
Insurance red tape, rushed sessions, and a widening gap between treatment and true healing, it became too much.
Then came COVID..
The overwhelm..
The trauma.. T
he urgent need for something more holistic and human..
So, she left. And created Levity PT & Bodyworks—a space where care is intuitive, unhurried, and transformational.
Not Just Therapy, A Movement for Self-Healing
Jennifer’s work isn’t just about relieving pain, it’s about reclaiming power.
At Levity, she uses integrative manual therapy to help unwind trauma, tension, and nervous system overload.
But her deeper mission? Teach regular people how to use these tools themselves without gatekeeping, high costs, or needing a license.
Because true healing should be in everyone’s hands.
Who She’s Helping Heal and How
Jennifer’s work speaks to those who feel let down by traditional models.
She serves:
-
People carrying trauma in their bodies
-
Parents breaking cycles for their children
-
Burnt-out caregivers seeking renewal
-
Anyone disillusioned with “one-size-fits-all” care
Her practice may be full, but her greater calling is just beginning—to make this work teachable, accessible, and shared.
The Resistance That Revealed Her Strength
Starting fresh was never the easy path.
Post-COVID PTSD, doubts about whether people would believe in themselves, fears that her vision was too radical—it all weighed heavily.
But she stayed anchored in purpose, knowing the system won’t change itself.
She’s here to model a new way forward, and that means facing resistance with heart and proof that healing is possible.
How She Stays Soul-Aligned Through It All
Jennifer’s not just preaching wellness—she’s living it.
Her anchors?
-
Clean food and daily movement
-
Gratitude rituals
-
Divine guidance and soul trust
-
Love over fear, always
These daily practices keep her aligned, energized, and ready to lead from compassion—not exhaustion
A World Where Healing Starts at Home
Jennifer dreams big and bold. A world where:
Every family has access to nervous system tools
Every parent knows how to offer therapeutic touch
Every person feels confident in their body’s wisdom
No more waiting for permission..
No more gatekeeping healing..
She believes in radical empowerment, and that the future of care begins not in hospitals but in our homes, our hands, and our hearts.
You Hold the Power to Heal
Jennifer’s story is a reminder that healing is not reserved for clinics or credentials.
It starts with awareness, intention, and a willingness to believe in yourself.
Your body knows the way. You just need to learn to listen!
