From Chaos to Connection
At Reignelle, we’re always drawn to stories of women who turn their pain into power and Danielle Bird is exactly that kind of woman.
Her work, heart, and story are rooted in radical reclamation of the body, the voice, and the self.
This is not just about business.
It’s about becoming.
From survival mode to sacred mission, Danielle’s journey is a reminder that the path home isn’t linear — it’s layered, brave, and deeply embodied.
Rewiring Trauma
At 17, Danielle was kicked out of her home and thrown into a world of emotional chaos.
She didn’t just survive, she learned how to make meaning from the mess.
For nearly a decade, shutdown, betrayal trauma, and addiction shaped her reality.
Like so many she now supports, she lived in patterns like freeze, fawn, and self-abandonment.
But healing found her — not in mindset work or motivational quotes, but in the raw, unglamorous work of nervous system repair.
Danielle began rewiring the trauma that lived deep in her body. She discovered the truth that changed everything: she was never broken.
Her symptoms were signals, and safety was something she could feel, not just understand.
Today, Danielle is a trauma recovery coach for the deep-feeling, high-achieving creatives who’ve done “all the work” — but still feel stuck.
These are the ones who read the books, sit through the therapy, help others heal… yet privately, they spiral into overgiving, overthinking, or freezing when it comes to their own visibility, relationships, or leadership.
Danielle doesn’t teach from theory, she teaches from embodiment.
Her approach helps clients shift from analyzing their trauma to actually living from a regulated, secure self. She’s not trying to fix them.
She’s helping them remember who they were before the world told them they were too much.
Her business, too, has been a portal for healing. In the early days, every launch was laced with fear.
Excitement met with shutdown.
Big dreams pulled back by invisible brakes.
It wasn’t a strategy problem, it was a nervous system asking for safety.
Over time, Danielle built a business model that supports her nervous system, not depletes it.
She now leads from secure attachment, honoring her capacity, calling, and creativity.
And while tech still isn’t her favorite (funnels and automations, anyone?), she’s learning to outsource what drains her so she can stay rooted in her zone of genius: coaching, creating, and connecting. Because burnout isn’t the vibe anymore.
Nervous system first, always.
Coming Home to Yourself And Leading From There
Danielle’s story isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about unbecoming the fear, survival, and shame that was never hers to carry and remembering the wholeness she’s always been.
Here at Reignelle, we believe in the beauty of this kind of work.
The kind that isn’t always easy, but is always true.
Danielle reminds us that real transformation doesn’t happen in the mind — it happens in the body, the breath, and the brave choice to show up again and again.
Her story is a lighthouse for anyone who’s ever thought, “I should be further along by now.” You’re not behind, you’re right on time.
