When Slowing Down Changes Everything

When Hustle Stops Making Sense

Evie Jenner guides ambitious women back to themselves.

Based in Sheffield, UK, she is a Spiritual Guide who supports women feeling overwhelmed, unseen, and disconnected, women who have done everything “right” yet feel depleted by the pace they’ve been keeping.

Her work invites a shift away from hustle and toward wholeness, helping women reclaim their energy, reconnect with purpose, and redefine what sustainable success truly looks like.

For Evie, success isn’t about doing more.

It’s about becoming more whole.

And learning how to live and lead from the body, not just the mind.

The Long Road to Understanding

Evie’s journey with the Enneagram didn’t begin in a classroom or coaching container.

It began on dance floors, in outreach centres and in the quiet ache of her own healing.

In her early twenties, she worked in Bangkok supporting women in the sex work industry, intense, emotionally charged work that stirred a deep longing to understand human behaviour, motivation, and pain.

Around the same time, she had trained at a top European dance school, only to be forced to leave due to chronic illness.

What followed was nearly a decade of recovery.

A season of stillness she didn’t ask for.

And in that stillness, she began to observe, patterns in people, relationships, and herself.

Finding Language for What She Always Knew

One day, almost by accident, she stumbled across a podcast about the Enneagram.

Something clicked.

The framework gave language to what she had always sensed: that beneath our behaviours live deeper motivations, stories and strategies shaped by what we’ve learned we need to survive and belong.

For the first time, Evie could see herself and others with both clarity and compassion.

The Enneagram became more than a tool.

It became a lens through which everything made sense.

Today, it’s the foundation of her work, helping women understand themselves not as broken, but as beautifully patterned and capable of choosing something new.

Building Without Abandoning the Body

One of Evie’s greatest challenges in building her business has been learning how to grow it without leaving herself behind.

In the early days, she brought passion, vision, and care” alongside deeply ingrained hustle, people-pleasing, and the belief that pushing harder was the answer.

While teaching nervous system regulation and self-trust, she was quietly overriding her own signals.

From the outside, the business was “working.”

On the inside, she felt exhausted and disconnected.

That realisation was confronting especially because this work exists because she knows what it’s like to be unwell and disembodied.

Slowing down required unlearning timelines, comparison, and visibility strategies that didn’t feel aligned.

The question shifted from How do I grow faster? to What does embodied success actually feel like for me?

Scaling With Integrity

Evie’s edge is holding growth without slipping back into over-functioning.

As more women resonate with her work, the invitation to do more is constant more content, more offers, more visibility.

The challenge isn’t creativity or capacity; it’s discernment.

Choosing alignment over urgency.

Depth over output.

She is learning how to scale with integrity, creating rhythms and structures that support nervous system health, creativity, and sustainability not just numbers.

Because the way the work is built is the work.

And businesses led from embodiment don’t just last longer.

They change people more deeply.

Choosing Presence Over Perfection

The thing that still slows her down at times is internal pressure, the pull toward perfection, overthinking, and comparison.

It’s an old pattern shaped by years of trying to do everything “right” just to be accepted or well enough.

Now, the practice is different.

Trusting her rhythm.

Taking aligned action before it feels perfect.

Showing up from lived experience rather than polish.

Because in this work, presence is more powerful than perfection.

At Reignelle, we honour women like Evie: those who choose embodiment over exhaustion, integrity over urgency and businesses that can hold the whole human behind the brand.
